We deliver A Level and GCSE student revision conferences for the full curriculum range, including all major exam boards and brand new specifications. The conference structure can be taken ‘off-the-shelf’ from our popular venue based conferences, or can be completely tailored to suit the priorities of your students.

With a strong focus on enhancing student examination performance, our highly popular in-school service is designed to provide your students with top level examiner guidance from senior examiners, authors and expert practitioners; giving them a vital insight into what examiners expect from candidates, and how best to prepare for examination success.

The Programmes We offer 2 levels of the Outstanding Departments Programme:

Outstanding Departments

Our Outstanding Departments Programme is designed to lift the performance of your Department by at least one grade, (e.g from good to outstanding). The Keynote team of CPD professionals deliver tens of thousands of CPD hours each year to Heads of Departments, department teams and senior leadership teams like yours. We will work with you to objectively asses the current performance of you team and deliver a tailored programme of improvement to support your journey towards outstanding.

This intensive programme for Heads of Department, Department teams and the senior leadership team will explore, analyse and identify the factors that will contribute to an outstanding department in your school.

The overall aim of the programme is to lift the quality of departments, both large and small to good or outstanding.

The power of the programme comes from three key areas:

1. The Diagnostic: Essential to the whole process, theDiagnostic and accompanying written Report forms thebasis of the entire programme and gives full prominenceto the necessary steps needed to reach ‘Outstanding’.

2. Outstanding Leadership: Focussing on raising standardsof leadership to outstanding.

3. Teaching and Learning Excellence: Raising the quality ofteaching and learning across the department.

How the Outstanding Departments Programme works -

DiagnoseDiscuss your department’s priorities and expectations in

detail with your assigned expert trainer.

The trainer will meet with the school senior leadership team to agree service level agreements and procedures.

The trainer then carries out a full and in depth diagnostic, and will provide a full written diagnostic report.

The enhanced programme will include filmed observations, adding video depth to the

written report.

• Your specialist can be brought back intoschool later in the term to review andrefresh impact and work on any otherareas that have arisen

ImplementationA feedback session to include full commentary on the

Sessions take place in your school and around the school day in order to maximise impact and minimise disruption.

towards the goal of ‘outstanding’
