Alois Muehlbauef Jr., 80, of 43 Grandview Ave., Town of Tona-wanda, who was proprietor of Muehlbauer's Bakery, 388 Genesee St., for 32 years,* died Wednesday morning at Brothers of Mercy Nursing Home, Clarence.

A native of Germany, Mr. Muehlbauer came to Buffalo in 1886. He bought the bakery in 1918, and retired IS years ago.

A minister of music*, he had been associated with Emmanuel Methodist Church, Lockport, for 50 years in the capacities as or­ganist and chormaster. He also taught piano and organ in Lock-port.

He was a graduate of Holley High School and the Oliver Wil­lis Halstead Conservatory of Music in Lockport. He was a fellow of the American Guild of Organists and a member of Ni­agara Lodge 37$, F&AM, Lock-port. ^

Survivors are a daughter. Mrs. Charles S. Allgeier of Depew; two sons, Oliver W. Smith of Buffalo and Paul L. Smith of New York City, and four gftndchildren.
