Progress Reports

*Progress Reports for students in Grades 1 to 8 will be available for parent viewing on Friday, February 7, 2020 after 3:00pm on our Option C website.

No School

*School is closed on Friday, February 14, 2020 for a teacher in-service day and Monday, Febru-ary 17, 2020

in celebration of Presidents Day.

February Mass

*Our next concelebrated mass with the Cardinal O’Hara High School community is scheduled for Ash Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 9:15am in the school auditorium. All OLA parents/guardians and family members are invited to join us in prayer.

OLA HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION ANNUAL WINE & CHEESE BINGO

Please join us on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 7:00 to 11:00 for our annual Wine & Cheese Bingo! This year, the event will be held at Briarcliffe Athletic Association, 110 N. Bartran Avenue, Glenolden, PA. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $25.00 and include wine, beer, snacks and desserts, along with multiple rounds of Bingo for cash prizes. Bingo players are welcome to bring their own food and drink for their table. Advance ticket sales are being offered to OLA school families starting on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. General pub-lic sales will begin on Sunday, February 2nd. Soooooo, get your tickets right away since this event is always a SELL OUT! Many wonderful baskets will be raffled off, along with a 50/50 drawing, of which last year’s winner took home

MIKE SHAW CLASSIC BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

Dear Sir / Madam,

The CYO program of Our Lady of Perpetual Help parish attempts to provide our children with quality sports activities throughout the school year. In order to sustain and continue these activities for our children, we must organize and sup-port various fundraising events. Our major fundraiser is the Annual Mike Shaw Classic Basketball Tournament that will be held in the OLPH Parish Center. Each year we invite several schools to participate in this basketball tournament. There will be over 60 Junior Varsity and Varsity Boys and Girls teams representing over 500 boys and girls together for athletic compe-tition.

We urgently need the support of the business community along with personal contributions in order to fund the tourna-ment and continue to fund our CYO activities. If you make a contribution, we will place an ad in our tournament program. A $100 contribution will provide you with a full page ad as well as a 3ft. x 3ft sign displayed in our gym for the duration of our tournament. Because of the size of this tournament, your contribution will reach many homes in the Delaware County area. Thank you for your consideration.
