Work session on WADC v. 2- To start with:- - Proportionality in ADRV and sanctions, in whereabouts and in public disclosure (f.ex. minors)

- - Implementation of sanctions especially taking into consideration the new 4 year ban and the possibilities to reduce the sanction defining intentional and reckless for example

- - Implementing the TUE rules and mutual recognition of TUEs

Work session on WADC v. 2-Discussion-- Filing failures and missed tests (Article 2.4.) from 18 months to 12 months
