Investment and RevenueINR 5,00,000 to be invested for Merchant Account Setup for Technical Support and to buy traffic from the US Company for inbound traffic interested in Buying Technical Support Services. (*only for Inbound Process)

The amount spent is approx. 1000 USD$ Per Day in purchasing traffic yielding a revenue of about 2000-3000USD$ Per Day as Revenue. (*only for Inbound Process)

The Merchant Account Provider debits 30% of the revenue as their transaction fees and accepts most credit card networks.

Centers are achieving these numbers mentioned above, the above calculations are for 10 seats. Payment is weekly.

Revenue 2500 USD$ Per Day against Expenses of Salary, Rent, Electricity for 10 + 5 Agents, 1000USD$ for generating traffic and 30% Transaction Fees for Payment Gateway.

Total Revenue 2500 x 24 Working Days = 60000USD$ less above expenses 42000 USD$ Per Month resulting in 18000USD$ Revenue on every 15 Agents.

Ans. The process is a technical support process whereby you are selling technical support services to Small International Customers B2C. One component of this process is sales of technical support services and the other is service. 10 Agents your center take care of sales against 3 in technical support providing remote support services to those clients?

2. Who would train us on the those processes? And what would we need to do the above successfully?

Ans. Dhanvine is a 3 Year brand in the Outsourcing and Training Business (Contact Center and BPO) and our professionals would provide end to end support to get the process going. You need a call center infrastructure for outbound and inbound calls, if you do not possess the technology, consult with your point of contact at Dhanvine and he /she will help you in filling up the blanks.

3. How would you ensure the success of this project?

Ans. This project is already running at some of our centers who are making more than the revenues listed in this presentation and after signing an NDA, you are more than free to talk to them. 4. What do I require to start this project?

Ans. Call Center Infrastructure for 20 Seats and a Minimum Investment of Rupees Ten Lacs along with a good center manager from the call center industry who is willing to learn the process and its management.

How long does it take to start the process after I hand over the center along with the investment to start the effort?

Ans. Within 2 Weeks of Recruitment which would include account setup, traffic setup and training of tech support team, domain knowledge setup, etc?
