� Based in Cambridge, UK, Inca Digital Printers is an industry leader in the design,

development and manufacture of inkjet printers for the print industry. Focusing on the wide

format printing sector.

� Formed in 2000, Inca was a spin-out company from Cambridge Consultants and were first in

the market to launch a wide format flatbed printer. Since then, the company has proved itself

as an innovator and leader in the field of inkjet producing another eleven machine model

designs to date, resulting in industry acclaim.

� Since 2005, Inca has been part of the Screen Holdings Group.

� Inca received two Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in 2005. The first award was for Innovation

and the second for Inca’s success in International Trade.

� In 2007, the launch of the Inca Onset created a paradigm shift in digital print quality delivering

a digital press that for the first time could really take screen printing volume.

� In 2013, Inca was awarded a second Queen’s Award for International Trade.

Objective: � Reduction in response time to Customer site with no increase in ‘Inca’ spares inventory� Improved service level and regional presence� Region to region balancing / optimisation of Inca inventory� Going forward – extend the use of NL warehouse for European distribution.� Benefit to Distributors in Europe - Reduced need to hold local spares stock by using NL consignment stock

Risks to Inca:� Increase in unrecoverable shipping cost if shipping re-charge levy is not agreed with Distributors and Customers� Inventory increase if region to region inventory balancing is not implemented
