South Alabama Electric Cooperative

Residential Energy Resource Conservation Loan Program – Loans will only be made to members who have good credit ratings and also own the structures to be weatherized. Small Building Material Loan – Loan to complete or renovate property located within a “small community.” Maximum of $100,000.
