JR. Scottsbluff County Law Enforcement were looking for Rohde in reference to another incident at the time. Law Enforcement developed information that Rohde and his girlfriend were possibly staying at the Capri Motel. After obtaining a picture of Rohde and showing the picture to another patron as well as management it was determined that Rohde and companion were staying in room #10. Law Enforcement attempted contact with Rohde however he would not come to the door. After obtaining a search warrant for Rohde and companion Officers entered the room and arrested both parties. The damage consisted of three BB hits, two on the driver's door and one on the left side of the bed. The BBs caused dents in the metal and the paint to chip. The vehicle failed to yield to the Police Officer and a low speed pursuit ensued. The pursuit lasted only for a few minutes when the vehicle crashed in to a trailer house located at the 5th Avenue trailer park. The driver fled on foot and was pursued by Police and captured a short distance later. The passenger was later located as well. Contact was made with the registered owner of the vehicle. On 3-9-2013 I initiated a traffic stop on 21-AY21 for having a non-functional brake light. The front passenger in the vehicle was identified as Barretta Allen. I checked with the communication center and they stated Allen had an active warrant for his arrest out of Morrill County. The communication center confirmed the warrant with Morrill County.
