Funeral stationery should be as

individual as the person it represents.

The limitations held upon it are governed only by the requests of the

person considering the most fitting option available and as such it

is important to take time to carefully digest the choices made.

Collated within this booklet are a starting point of ideas,

points of reference and choices geared to assist with

the design process and the incorporation of as

many personal elements as possible.

All designs can be amended and refined to your request,

personal wording and terminology can be incorporated

or designs can simply be used as a idea to create a

completely bespoke design based around your thoughts.

Your requests will be provided for you in draft format,

with as many updates as required, whether preferred via

email or hard copy, within 24 hours of receiving the

instructions from your funeral director and upon

approval will be available for collection by them

at least 24 hours prior to your service.

Stationery can be produced in English, Welsh,

Polish or Bilingual; can be printed on white or cream

finish card; whether smooth, glossy, woven or textured

(However please note that producing

images, especially photographs, on textured or

woven paper may reduce their quality - please ask

for advice about this to avoid disappointment).

We are more than happy to develop ideas with you to ensure

that the finished product is a fitting tribute to your loved one.

Alternative Layout Options

- Landscape Booklet As opposed to the traditional portrait layout, funeral

stationery is also available as a landscape booklet,

hinged to the left side still this option is perfect for

incorporating landscape photographs and has the added

benefit of increasing the layout space available on

all internal pages.

Alternative Layout Options - Tri-Fold

As opposed to the traditional single fold 4 page layout booklet, a tri-fold service leaflet creates six printable sides without the

requirement and expense for an insert. This option is perfect for including service information such as musical choices, prayers and responses,

poems or readings without having to overpower pages with too much text.

Inside Layout The inside of the service sheet can be just as personal as the front cover, be it

your loved one’s favourite flower or a nod to their hobby or career. Here are a

small selection of designs as examples. If you would like a particular image or

design you have seen elsewhere, please supply that design and

we will match this to our best ability.

Multiple pages Whether you opt for a 4-page booklet, an 8-page

booklet or more, depends on the content. If you require

the full order of service listed, a collage of photos or

both will place a particular strain on a 4-page booklet.

Alternative Options - Memorial Cards A growing number of families now opt for a personal keepsake for mourners to hold onto following a funeral or memorial service,

these can come in many forms; they can be single or double sided, can be gloss or matte laminated, gloss printed and in any number of bespoke sizes.
