As part of our service, we maintain a digital service history for Mercedes‑Benz vehicles (including new smart). Using this online system, customers are able to request the full service history of their vehicle/s from any Mercedes‑Benz Retailer, or view this online via Mercedes me.
It is vital that vehicle details and service entries are correct within the Digital Service Booklet to ensure that we can provide customers with an accurate record for their vehicle.
Registering to use the Digital Service Booklet
To begin the registration process, please go to www.service-and-parts.net and follow the instructions in this guide.
Once completed, your form will be sent for authorisation and then your log in details will be sent to you. The process will take approximately one week.

Please read through the Terms and Conditions and check the boxes at the bottom to confirm you agree. You will then be taken to the DSB registration form.
You may be asked to enter your customer number. However, this field should become non‑mandatory once you have selected your location as being in the UK. If it is still required, please enter any numbers in this box and the form will be sent for authorisation.
