INSTRUCTIONS

For applying for the following services, you must follow this procedure:

1. Fill in the forms just selecting the desired amount of every service.

2. Fill in with the name, signature and company stamp in every form where you have asked for services.

3. Do not make any calculation in the forms, we will shortly send you a budget with the applied services.

4. Furniture and stand requests will be realized on first serves basis.

5. Send Urgently the requested services better by fax or by post, sending just the forms where you apply for a service andwriting clearly how many pages we are going to receive.

6. All furniture requests must be sent at least two weeks before the fair. On contrary, there will be a 5% of surcharge.

7. Once your request is received, we will send you a budget that must be payed within the stipulated periods.

8. Ferias Jaén reserves the right to refuse admission.The plan of the fairground can be modified, provided that it is informed in advance enough to the affected Exhibitors and wit-hout any negative repercussion in their interests.

9. In any case, we are at your disposal in our offices, by telephone, fax or e-mail, to solve you any doubt.(Telf:+34 953 086 982 - Fax:+34 953 245 012).

SERVICE OF HIRING COMPLETE MODULAR STAND

AND MODULAR STAND ELEMENTS

The Exhibitor will have a modular stand supplied in hiring by the Organization or will install his own stand (Designer Stand). If youwant to know the design before contracting the modular, you can ask for it. Even that, when you are contracting this service youwill be sent this year’s model.

MODULAR STAND

The Organization offers the possibility of hiring the complete modular Stand, ready for being used and with connectionto electrical energy (it is not included in the price, but in the installation). It is specified in Inscription Bulletin.

So, Organization offers a series of complete Stands (panels, assembly, fitted-carpet, electrical installation, lighting, etc.)ready for using to make the contracting easier. These types of Stands can be complemented with more modular elementsor furniture, if the Exhibitor wants to add and contract. When you arrive, you will have everything ready just for exhibityour products. This material must not be deteriorated by the Exhibitor because it is hiring and it must be left in the samecircumstance it was found.

General contracting of space will be done by filling in the inscription bulletin.

TYPES OF STANDAR MODULAR

MODULAR STAND ELEMENTS

The Exhibitor can design his own modular Stand according to his needs or add walls, showcases, counters, etc., to completemodular Stands.

To make this task easier, we enclose some guiding photos after every section and specialized staff from our organization will beat your disposal to solve any doubt you may have.

We beg you to attach with your applying bulletins a little sketch explaining how you would like to place the different elements inyour Stand. In the next page, you will find some examples of placing elements in the stand and a specific space to do your ownsketch.

The Price of the different elements and their correspondent codes are included in the following tables and will be increase with8% of VAT.

The contracting will be done by filling in the following furniture forms. Furniture requested after the deadline established by theorganization will not be guaranteed in case of lack of stock.

MODULAR STAND HEADING

ONLY FOR THOSE EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE CONTRACTED MODULAR STANDExact name to be printed in the Modular Stand must be indicated, without exceeding 15 letters, as a higher number of cha-racters would mean a limited view inside the cover plate for the stand heading.

Heading printing is not compulsory, you must inform the organization.

Prices will be increased with the 8% of VAT valid for fairs.

DESIGNER STAND

Fitter Companies contracted by the Exhibitors for installing designer stands must pay the Fitting/Dismantling Fee beforestarting fitting.

- For exhibiting spaces from 16 to 48 m2, designing company must pay 300 € + VAT to Ferias Jaén, S.A. before stating fitting. - For exhibiting spaces of 50 or more m2, designing company must pay 600€ + VAT to Ferias Jaén S.A. before starting fitting.

Designing company will pay for this service; the Exhibitor will never have to pay this amount. It will be invoiced to this companyin the moment the compulsory documents are given to organization.

Once the fair is finished, the Exhibitor company is obliged to leave the used facilities in the same circumstances they werefound. In the case the stand produces rubble and it is not removed once the fair is finished, the Exhibitor will assume theremoval with the payment of 70€ + VAT for each container needed for the complete removal of all the materials. This willbe communicated to the Exhibitor at the end of dismantling procedure and they will be obliged to assume (Refer toExhibitor Attention Department)

The organization also offers fitted carpet different from the common one for complements or color changes according to whatthe Exhibitor wants. This fitted carpet will be invoiced independently from common fitted carpet and it will be provided depen-ding on the stock.

DESIGNER STAND PROJECT

All Designer Stand must present a Project to the Organization, who will accept the realization and notify the appropriate modifi-cations, if some. The documentation must be sent by designing/fitting company or by the Exhibitor company if they are who willfit the stand. Invoice data must be attached to the project, as well as the registration in Social Security of those workers who willparticipate in the assembly. Project must be sent at least 15 days before the assembly in the Fairground. In this Project, the placement of contracted electrical boards must be specified in any case, as well as any other service con-tracted with the organization. Designer Stands are obliged to close the barrier with neighbors Stands, with their own walls. Those Stands matching with cen-tral corridors are obliged to leave the walls matching with these corridors opened. Barrier means common lineal meters with tangency with neighbors Stands. It is not consider as a barrier tangency points withcorridor and the rest of common elements of the Fair. In the case that the fitted-carpet from the ferial is not used, it will be compulsory to cover the floor with fitted-carpet, dais or anyother flooring, covering the whole surface of contracting floor. Any uncovered space will be allowed. The maximum height of Stands is 4 m. Height can reach 6 m. whenever a setback of 1 meter is done in every side of the Stand.If any element is going to be hang from the cover of the pavilion, weight must be presented, as well as distribution, to be accep-ted by the Maintenance Manager and invoiced the bummer points. Needed material and machinery will be paid by the fittingcompany or Exhibitor, never will be paid by the organization. Assembly schedule will be communicated to the Exhibitor some days before the beginning. If you want this information to besent to the fitting company, you can inform and send us their email address. When dismantling the Stand, the Exhibitor is obliged to remove all waste materials within the time scheduled by the organiza-tion, which will be informed in the Fair official calendar. In case of breaching this norm, Direction will invoice the costs originatedby the removal of the Exhibitor.

ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS

General Participation Rules will be applied to all types of Stands, without any kind of alteration of any Fair Site element (holes,anchorages, paintings, etc.). In any case, Organization decisions will be unappealable, by the thought of dangerous, harmful ornon-set Stands assemblies or their elements or shown products. We will send you clearer and more concise rules to be takeninto account during the assembly.

ELETRICAL, WATER AND DRAINAGE SUPPY

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY CONDITIONS

General lighting of the Fair is on account of the Organization, but the Exhibitor has to pay the electricity needed to the running ofhis own installation.

The Fair offers the Exhibitors electrical supply of single-phase 220 V and three-phase 380 V. In the inner covered and in the outercovered pavilions there are fixed underground power points from 220 V. to 25 A and three-phase 380 V. with 9.900 W. of power.In the outer pavilion all installation will be done at Exhibitor request.

Every installation will be revised by Fair Technical Staff before it is set off. In case of any modification by Technical Staff, it mustbe accepted unappealably.

Running engines and machines must be provided with protection devices demanded by the current Security Rules. The Fair willhave no responsibility for accidents or injuries caused by them.

The Organization accepts no responsibility in the possible discontinuation in electrical supply.

Note: It is compulsory to contract the power points in contracting table if you want to have electrical power in your Stand.

WATER AND DRAINAGE CONDITIONS

In the edge area and round the central pillar of the inner covered and outer covered pavilions there are coffers for faucet andwater drainage at disposal of those Stands who request them. Consequently, only those Stands adjoining to these areas couldhave water and drainage at their disposal.

Every installation will be revised by Fair Technical Staff before it is set off. In case of any modification by Technical Staff, it mustbe accepted unappealably. Ferias Jaén will not do the installation, will just provide the coffer. It will depend on the placement ofthe Stand that the service could be supplied. (Refer to the Organization).

The Organization accepts no responsibility in the possible discontinuation in water supply.

CONTRACTING

Contracting will be done by filling in this form. Electrical consumption during the Fair is included in the services provision.

Fees and services codes will be applied according to the following table. They will be increased with the 8% VAT valid for fairs.

TELEPHONE AND TELEMATIC SERVICES

The fairground will be provided with a Wi-Fi limited area to be used as by Exhibitors as by visitors without payment for access.

If you want to have Internet connection in your Stand in the case that you do not have Wi-Fi or if you need more speed, you havetwo possibilities:

1) You can contract directly with Telefónica, at least 15 days in advance, those telephone services, RDSI, ADSL for voiceand data transfer, exclusively for your Stand. Payment and installation will be established by Telefónica according to validfees.

2) Ferias Jaén S.A. offers the Exhibitors shared Internet service by cable for a limited number of accesses, with the aimof guarantee the service quality (50-80). Contracting will be done first served basis and it can be contracted throughService Department of Ferias Jaén S.A. at least 2 weeks before the Fair. Ferias Jaén accepts no responsibility of the pro-blems caused by this service, for any kind of breakdown in supply from the operator. The operator guarantees the reco-very of the supply in a maximum of 12 business hours.

SECRETARIES, HOSTESSES AND INTERPRETERS

The Organization offers the Exhibitors a service of Hostesses, Secretaries, Interpreters and Translators. Requests conditions willbe applied by complete days, although, in some exceptional cases, the Organization could render the service by hours, with aprevious valuation. The working day will consists in 9 hours with one free hour for lunch.

Hostesses will have the right of sitting down for 15 minutes every two standing hours. The price includes contracting, wages andSocial Security taxes.

Contracting will be done by filling in this form. The service must be contracted at least 15 days before the Fair. Requests that arenot on time will not be attended.

CLEANING SERVICE

Common facilities cleaning are responsibility of the Organization, as well as Stands and complete inner and outer pavilions dailycleaning. It is compulsory for Exhibitors to contract this service.

Furthermore, there is a complete full-time cleaning staff ready to assist punctual Exhibitors’ demands.

CONDITIONS

Exhibitors Attention Service in opening public time is established by calls and time. Assisting cleaning call will have a minimumlength of 30 minutes and it can be increased depending on the demands, with rises of 15 minutes.

Daily cleaning service will consider as waste all those materials, boxes, etc. found out of the assigned areas to every Exhibitor.All this is removed automatically, so any claim will be accepted because of this.

Fees and service codes will be applied according to the following table, with an increase of 8% VAT valid for fairs.

Contracting will be done by filling in the following form.

CATERING SERVICE

Catering La Toja is the company who manages catering services of Ferias Jaén. This company offers its services so the Exhibitorcan choose those that adapt better to their needs.

Some of the offered services: - Cocktail Services, Coffee-break and snacks at the Stand. - Prepared trays and drinks at the Stand. - Kitchenware and tool supply service, as fridges, faucets and barrels at the stand. - Restaurant service with a tasting menu in the Restaurant of Ferias Jaén. - Self-service and bar in the multi-use building restaurant.- Bar service in the frequent points of the fairground.- Sandwiches and soft drinks in trolleys.

Faucets, fridges and beer and soft drinks supply must be requested to Catering La Toja, who will invoice these services accor-ding to distribution prices.

Requests will be ordered directly with Catering La Toja staff, calling to +34 953 682 349 / +34 953 661 006 / +34 659 97 53 05/ +34 659 97 53 02. If any service is contracted with any independent company, this company must pay 10% to Catering LaToja for using the installation they have allocated in public auction.

Requests will be done at least 48 hours before, specifying the delivering date and time. For faucets, beers and barrels, therequest is needed 7 days before the Fair.

INSURANCE SERVICE

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Fairground is covered by three types of insurance: A. Insurance covering the Organization itself, entirely contracted by it. B. Civil Responsibility Insurance: It includes Exhibitor’s Civil Responsibility. It is compulsory and Exhibitors must con-tract it with the Organization.C. Own Damages Insurance: It is compulsory that Exhibitors join before the Fair to an insurance that guarantees until6.000€ for every Exhibitor and fair, in the terms and conditions of this insurance contract.

To join this insurance contract with the Organization, the Exhibitor must apply by this form.

Every Exhibitor has the option of increasing the insured value with advantageous conditions with increments in stretches of6.000€. Likewise, it is compulsory to fill in this form and the personalization of the three attached copies, where all the good whichare going to be introduced in the Fairground must be included.

The Direction accepts no responsibility in the case that the Exhibitor would not have filled in this request or if the goods increa-ses the minimum fixed amount.

The Direction and the Insurance Company of Ferias Jaén accepts no responsibility in the case that the Exhibitor would not havecontracted the Damaged Insurance with the Organization or if all the goods are not included or if they increase the minimum fixedguarantee of the contracted insurance.

Damages are explicitly excluded from the insurance guarantee. Fees and services codes are applied according to the followingtable, with an increase of 8% VAT valid for fairs.

Note: it is compulsoty to have filled in good declaration and that it is checked by an Organization Responsible for the insurance to cover the elements included by the Exhibitor.

The Exhibitor is obliged to realize checking procedures with the Organization and the Vigilance Service, who will check this Goods Declaration, making it effective with both enti-

ties signature. All these steps are indispensable in the case the insurance would have to cover any incident.

ADVERTISING SERVICE

The Organization manages the insertion and edition of advertising in the official diptych that will be distributed during the Fair and duringthe next two years, until the print run exhaustion.

CONDITIONS

When an advertising request is signed, the 100% amount will be paid. The final art will be paid by the Exhibitor; any case, it must be deli-vered in CD, DVD, USD memory or by e-mail; in general TIFF format (with layers), PSD (with layers), AI, CDR, FH or EPS, compatible withPC and Macintosh, with a 300 ppp resolution. If the advertisement is bleed to the edge, 3 millimeters must be left at least.

In the case that contracted final arts are not delivered to the Advertising Department 30 days before the starting of the Fair, the Organization

reserves the right of publishing what it is conveniently estimated instead, without right to claim.

Attached publicity request signal means its complete will and acceptation, without admitting the annulment or later modification in anycase.

EXHIBITORS LIST

In the Fair catalogue you will find a list of Exhibitors in order. The Organization will include Exhibitor’s data with no cost. In addi-tion, the logo could be included with no cost. If any Exhibitor does not want to include its data, it must inform the ExhibitorBulletin.

Contracted payable services contracting will be realized by filling in the current form. Prices will be increase with the 8% VATvalid for fairs.

Special: if a Exhibitor contracts two insertions, it will mean a 10%discount. In the case of contracting three or more insertions,it will mean a 20%discount.

ACCREDITATION REQUEST

Exhibitors have 4 free accreditations for every modular for those people in the Stand during the Fair, with a maximum numberof 20 accreditations for Stand.

Exhibitors’ Accreditations:To access to the computerized professional ticket, it is necessary the previous registration of the Responsible of the Stand,with a maximum of 4 accreditations for every modular and without exceeding 20, by registering in the professional visitorarea in the web page www.ifeja.org/expositor, before the beginning of the Fair.

Proffesional Visitors’ Accreditations: To Access to the computerized profesional ticket, it is necesasry the previous registration of the Proffesional Visitorby sending his personal data and his company data by e-mail or by registering in the professional visitor area in theweb page www.ifeja.org/expoliva. FERIAS JAÉN offers the Exhibitor the possibility of realizing promotion and mar-keting actions with those professionals, as many professional accreditations/registrations via web page as they needwith no cost.

The Exhibitor will have 100 invitations for every contracting modular (16m2). If more tickets were needed, they can be sold for3.00€ each one.

Prices will be increase with the 8% VAT valid in fairs.

BUSSINES CENTER

Ferias Jaén offers the Exhibitors a free Access Business Center with no cost. Additional requested services (assistant, soundtechnical, screen, laptop, floodlight…), must be requested to the Fair Organization. Ferias Jaén staff will prepare a budget withthe additional services and, once it is accepted by the Exhibitor, he will do the payment before using the Business Center.
