INTERNAL PLAN:
Raw materials(milk) will be collected from the local formers to
reduce the middle men. Other raw materials are collected directly from the
distributors. There is a combination of skilled local labor and talented
chefs in the production. Market analysis officers and other office staff has to be
employed. Distribution channels to be introduced for the distribution of
products at a large level. Promotion of products will be effective.
