HabitatHabitat

Have you wondered where an Indian python lives? Well, I know where: India and South Asia! They also live in grasslands, wetlands, and forests. They like those places because there is water. They also like trees and swamps or it could live under ground! Also away from us people. Indian pythons might have a great chance of their species’ survival if they stay in these places.

Diet

FoodAn Indian rock

python is a carnivore. It eats many things. It eats mammals and birds in the wild. If it can’t, it won’t survive. It eats rats, rodents, lizards, and other snakes. To get its food it must constrict its prey. Remember now, Indian pythons are carnivores.
