TheIndianSocietyofPeriodontology,anon-pro�itmakingassociationofPeriodontistsofIndiawasformedin1975withtheprimaryaimofpromotingandenhancingtheknowledgeandscienceofPeriodontologyinthecountry.

Itisone&onlyOf�icialOrganizationforthespecialtyofPeriodontology&ImplantologyinIndia.Ithascomealongwayfromtheyesteryears,fromahandfulofmemberstomorethan8000members,representingdiverseareasanddesignationsacrossthecountry.TodayISPisoneofthemostrepresenteddentalspecialtyorganizationsinIndia.

The �lagship event of ISP is its National Annual Conference, held every year in the month of

October/November. This event is the largest attended event of ISP with more than 1500 members
