MEDICAL TEST (a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site. (b) Unfit candidates will be referred to Military Hospital for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves lo the nominated Military Hospital within 14 days of the referral and report back to Army Recruiting Office, Jodhpur for issue of Admit Card for CEE in case declared FIT. (c) Alt candidates should be present for med'tcal test on given date. Medical test of absentees will not be carried out on another date.

5. Candidates are required to bring following documents I certificates in original <Ind duly verified with two attested Photocopies with them to the rally site :-

(a) Admit Card. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).

(b) Certificates :-

(i) Education Certificate. Education Certificates with mar1<s sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidale i.e Mattie nntennediale/Graduation etc from re<::0gnized School/College/Board/University.

(ii) Provisional/online education certificate should be certified ink s igned by the head of the education institution of concerned Board/University.

(Iii) Candidates with matric certificate from open school should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by Block Education Officer I District Education Officer.

(iv) Degree holder candidate will produce Provisional/Original Degree issued by University. Candidate studied from NIOS, required to produce transfer cert (TC) of class 8'"19'" duly countersigned by the respective District Education Officer to authenticate its correctness.

(c) Domicile Certificate. Domicile certificate with photographs. issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate. No dual certificate permitted. An affidavit to be submitted mentioning details of other nativity I Domicile certificate held in past. Affidavit being submitted by the candidate at the rany site will also include details of previous ralies attended.

{d) Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate. issued by the Tehslklar I District Magistrate.

(e) Religion Certificate. Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar I SOM. (If religion as "SIKH I HINDU I MUSLIM I CHRISTIAN" is not mentioned in caste certificate).

(f) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the Sdlool/Cotlege PrincipaV Headmaster.

(g) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpandl/Municipal Corporation within six months.

(h) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried certificate for candidates less than 21 yrs of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within six months.

(j) Relation Certificate. SOS/ SOEX/ SOW/ SOWN candidates are required to produce the following documents :

(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records offioe only duty signed by Records Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and particulars of the Records officer issuing the Relation ceftiftcate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.

(ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non.Judicial Stamp Paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 181 class/ Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidates a1 rally site. The ESM will mention particular of all sons including name. date of birth and their employmenVoccupation in the affidavit and declare that ·1 am willing to avail SOEX benefits for only one son name~ whose Date of Birth is _. I have not availed SOS/SOEX benefits for another son ear1ier, if my statement is found fake /wrong at later state, legal action can be initiated against me besides candidature of my son will be cancelled by the military authority. I shall never dlallenge for the same In the Hon'ble Court of Law".

(iii) Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.

(k) NCC Certificate. NCC AIB/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photographs of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted at rally site if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.

{I) Sports Certificate

(i) Sportsmen who have represenled India at International level and State at National level within the last two years from the first day of the rally. For list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to www.jo1nindianarmy.nic.in website. (ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at district level with 1"'12"" position within the last two years from the first day fo the rally. Sports certificate should be with registration number and from Govt recognized sports institutes/bodies as under & duly verified by Distt/State Sports Officer.

(aa) All Sr/Jr National Championship Certificates - Respective National Federation. (ab) All State & Distt level certificates - Respective State Sports Association. (ac) All University level certificates - Inter University Sports Board. (ad) All school level certificates - All India School Games Federation.

(iii) The sports certificate should be provided alongwith gradation certificate signed by Competent Sports Officer. No relaxation/bonus marks will be awarded to any sports certificate holder without Gradation Certificates issued by competent authority.

(m) Affidavit Shoukl be downloade<t from in<ividual U$Elr ID created on www ioinindianarroy.nic.in and duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial slamp paper and attested by notary. Same should be submitted alongwith documents at rally site.

(n) AADHAR Card. Aadhar Card 1s mandatory document for the rally purpose. Candidate found with multiple correction entries indicating of foul play in Aadhar Card verification will be liable for rejection unless supportive document legal ising corrections in Aadhar Card are produced duly verified by Ga:z:etted Govt Official.

(o) Single Bank A/C & PAN Card. Single Bank NC and PAN Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits scheme.

(p) Pre Enrolmerrt Police Verification. All candidates Should be in possession of Pre Enrolment Police Verification from concerned police authorities on the day of their run at rally s~e. The same will be cheeked just after completion of run alongwith all other documents. Candidates unable to produce it will be liable for rejection.

(q) Candidate below the age of 18 years should bring the certificate duly signed by the parents/guardians and attested by village Sarpanch, stating that " I am sending my son name __ date of birth __ for recruitment in Anny on my own interest and there is no objection on him joining the Army. I shall not ask for any compensation due to any injuryfollness sustained by my son during screening" .

Spesial Instructions. (Peculiar to Rtg Zone if any) (Example)

Mool Niwas Praman Patra/Jati Praman Patra is required as per Govt of Rajasthan -bsite (E-Mitra).

6. Speeial Instructions

(a) Candidates are allowed to take part in one category only during recruitment rally.

(b) Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to claim on recruitment in Anny just for passing in recruitment process.

(c) If any candidate requires correction duo to wrong entry data on the w eb s ite, he may report to Recruiting Office Jodhpur (Raj) on working days between 0900 hrs to 1400hrs alongwith all original documents.

(d) Candidates/Father/Mother/Relative of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hokl Indian Govt/Indian Army responsible for any injury. death, disease or disability suffered during the various physical tests undergone by the can<fidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will appear for various tests in their own interest and on their own risk.

(e) Candidates not in possession of requisite certificates are liable for rejection.

(f) In case of any clarification at rally site, approach 'Grievance Cell'.

(g) Duly verified documents namely Matric oertificate, Domicile (Mool Niwas) Certificate, caste certificate, police verification oertificate, affldavtt as per given format and Aadhar card as per admit card are mandatory during the documentation. Candidate failing to produce the same will be rejected at rally site itself.

7. Important Instructions

(a) Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since rec.-uttment is a time consuming process.

(b) Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally s~e only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.101nindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil POiice.

(c) Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to any one for reauitment as it is based purely on merit Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent Therefore. candidates are advised to beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage.

(d) Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age I overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.

(e) Giving I taking bribe, production of bogus I fake certificates and indulging In unfair means is a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law.

(f) Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or any type of erasing/alteration will not be accepted.

(g) All documents submitted by the c;indidates have to be verified by govemmerrt aoencies before enrolment Into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting f?ke documents,. (h) Candidates not in possession of Documents mentioned in para 5. are liable to be releeted from taking part in the Rally/selection process. All candidates are advised to carry all documents in original in their own interul No representations will be accepted during the rally. No candidate once admitted. will be allowed to leave the rally si~ to bring the documents.

(j) No compensation for Death I injury / loss etc during the raDy and no travelling allowance I dearness allowance for joumey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary.

(k) Use of Performance Enhancing Dru(!$. Use of any kind of perfof'manoe enhancing drugs is strictly banned. Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.

(I) Tattoo. Pennanent body tattoos are only pennitted on inner face of foreanns i.e From inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm I back (dorsal) side of hand_ Pennanent body tattoos on any other part of !he body are not acceptable and candidates are likely to be REJECTED for further selection .

(m) If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.

(n) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training.

(o) Mobile phones, smart watches and any other recO<ding devices are not pennitted at the rally site.

(p) Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for seledion especially with respect to flat loot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it deaned by a doctor prior to the rally.

(Q) Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days. Candidates shoukl make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements.

(r) Negative marking would be applicable in CEE.

(s). Result of written examination will be declared on the offtcial website www.joinindiananny.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is the responsibility of candidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.
