• maximising Indigenous participation in the education workforce,

• retaining and building the capacity of the existing Indigenous education workforce by addressing ongoing support and career development needs.

Survey: Indigenous / Remote Staff (500)

• Low enrolment / completion rates,

• Remain in their community & study,

• Require recognition of their current skill sets,

• Primary teachers had insufficient adult coaching / mentoring skill sets,

• Teachers unfamiliar with the VET / RPL / AQF framework.
