Mobile Application Modules Description

• H/W and S/W requirements:

• Android OS preferably 4.0 and above

• GPS Supportable for geo-coordinates

• Internet

• Camera

Install the Mobile App from Playstore, after installation double click the Awaassoft icon in your

Mobile it will show-

After Double Click it opens as-

Click Tab Login as-

It will show Login page as-

• This is login page which is to be used by field level official who is going for inspection in the village.

Fill the User Name & Password of Your Block as-

• For Example-

• User Name-UT02005 for(Raipur)

• Password-iay_@guest005

• Click Login Tab

In New Version-

It will show-

After Login-

Click Inspector Login-

• After selecting panchayat and village application displays the list of all beneficiaries to whom IAY house is sanctioned and not completed yet.

Select IAY New Construction as shown-

Select Panchayat as shown-

Select Village as shown-

Then Select Inspection Mode-

In Inspection Mode Click Search Using Location-

completed yet.

Then Click Rihana for Inspection

Then It Will Show

In The above Slide-

• You can see the Personal Details, OrdersheetDetails/Financial Details and Inspection Details.

After that-

Take 2-3 Shots and while uploading Images it will ask-

• Beneficiary uploads house images with time stamp and geo-coordinates (latitude and longitude).Beneficiary can capture maximum 3 photos or minimum 1 photo for each level. Beneficiary also can see financial details and order sheet details in respective tabs.

• Before uploading the images user needs to freeze the house location.

• Once the images are uploaded successfully, user is logged out automatically, he/she can login again to see the uploaded images.

• Images will be verified by Block login on AwaasSoft in order to complete the inspection process.

• Once uploaded, images cannot be edited, and can only be accepted or rejected by Block login.

From logout button you can exit from application.

AwaasSoft Icon(Double Click)->Login Tab->User ID & Password->Login->Inspector Login->Select IAY New

Construction->Select Gram Panchayat-> Select Village->Shows Beneficiaries Lists->Click One Benefiaciary->Select

Inspection Details->Take Picture->Freeze Huouse Location->Upload

Picture->logout
