    Opinion leader. Acts as a super node. Will establish connections and recruit networks. Builds capacity.

    May contribute heavily in content and/or commitment and/or may also serve as advisor creating higher

    concepts ideas. Evaluates constantly content quality and member value.

    Possessive sentiment over the community as a whole.

    Elder:

    Interests have changed. Conflict of ideas /with people in the constantly evolving community. Disappointment.
