A) Solid-Liquid Separation Range of Products:

I) Sedimentation Process Equipment:- CLARIFIERS & THICKENERS- CLARIFLOCCULATORS (CLF) & SOLIDS CONTACT CLARIFIERS (SCC)- DEGRITTING MECHANISMS/HYDROSEPARATORS- SPECIAL PURPOSE SEDIMENTATION DRIVES (upto 5,00,000 Nm)

- HYDROCYLCONES (De-Sanding, De-sliming, Density Separation)A magnificent static equipment making use of flow Pressure & velocity to generate Centrifugal force proportional to the mass of the suspended solids classifying the clear liquid through the over flow & densifying the solids in under flow;

- DESILTORS & MONO RAKE MECHANISMSMainly deployed in Metal Producing Industries like Steel rolling mills used for large water flows generated from foundry, BOF, GCP, Cooling Towers; Mainly to de-grit / remove scales / heavy particulate matter facilitating large volume of water.

- RAKE & SCREW CLASSIFIERS (Inclined)Applied in various areas like classification & conveying of Grit/Sand or any heavy particulate matter from a pit or collecting tank.

- BIO FILTER/TRICKLING FILTER (upto 68 Mtr. Dia.)Widely applied as a robust equipment for STP reducing Oxygen Demand for large volume flows.

II) Filtration Process Equipment:

ROTARY VACUUM DRUM FILTERS (upto Size of 4.2 Mtr Dia. & 12 Mtr Long.)Used for Micro solids separations. Drum filters inherently give slow filtration rates & are used with slurries with high solids concentration (>15%).

ROTARY VACUUM DISC FILTERS (upto Size of 6.2 Mtr Dia. & upto 12 Discs per Filter)Used for more Macro level separations where the solids are easily separable from the slurry & high rate of filtration.

BELT PRESS FILTERSHere the Filtration is achieved by pre-Thickening, Draining & Squeezing. These are continuous positive pressure filtration squeezing between the two Filter Belts to drain the maximum moisture to the possible extent. Normally used for STP, ETP & other waste slurry de-watering.

PULP DRUM & DISC FILTERSThese filters operate on Barometric legs & used for high rate filtrations of Fibre, pulp, low sp.gr. Solids from slurry with very low (0.5%) to medium concentrations.

PAN FILTERSThese are Horizontal rotating Single Disc Filters called as PAN combining the advantage of Gravity Filtration & Vacuum Filtration; used for high sp.gr. solids with medium (>10%) to high (upto 30%) solids by weight.
