This applies in the practice and competition arenas. Whips are allowed in all levels. For adults the whip should not be more than 1.20 m, for children not longer than 1.00 m. Spurs : Spurs must be of smooth metal. There must be a shank pointing only towards the rear, which must be no more than 3.5 cm long. The end must be blunt in order to prevent wounding a horse. If the shank is curved, the spurs must be worn only with the shank directed downwards. Side Reins : Simple side reins and whips up to 100cm length are permitted for Walk trot classes. Bridle : Snaffle bridle compulsory for all dressage tests up to and including Elementary level. In Medium and Advanced level double bridle optional, Prix St. Georges compulsory. If using double bridle, spurs must be worn. Bit : Walk trot classes, Walk trot Canter, and Preliminary German are allowed to use double ring or pesoa bits. EARPHONES Earphones and other electronic communication devices are not permitted at Dressage Competitions whilst competing and is penalized by elimination. These devices are permitted during training and warm-up. Earphones dan alat komunikasi elektronik lainnya tidak diperbolehkan pada saat kompetisi dressage and sanksi berupa eliminas. HORSE DECORATIONS Any decorations of the Horse with extravagant items, such as ribbons or flowers in the mane or/and tale is strictly forbidden. Normal plaiting of the Horse’s mane and tail is allowed. Tidak diperbolehkan memasang aneka dekorasi untuk kuda seperti pita dan bunga di bagian rambut atau buntut. Kepang normal pada rambut dan buntut diperbolehkan. SALUTE Athletes must take the reins in one (1) hand at the salute. Saat hormat Atlet harus tetap memegang kendali dan hormat dengan 1 (satu) tangan. OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE Any outside help by voice, signs, etc. is considered as illegal or anauthorized assistance to an Athlete or a Horse. The horse-rider combination must be eliminated in this case. Reading of the test is allowed in the Walk Trot Test only. Semua jenis tindakan bantuan baik teriakan suara, isyarat atau aba-aba kepada atlet ataupun kuda, dianggap illegal. Jika hal ini terjadi maka kombinasi kuda dan atlet harus dieliminasi.



BELL After the sound of bell, the Athletes must enter the arena at A within fourty five (45) seconds. Horse and Rider combination not entering the Arena within 90 seconds after the bell will be eliminated. Dalam kelas dressage setelah bel berbunyi, atlet harus memasuki arena pada huruf A dalam hitungan 45 detik. Jika dalam waktu 90 detik setelah bell belum memasuki arena maka dianggap tersisih. C. JUMPING RULES & AGE REGULATIONS Classes are judged under the FEI rules. For the in-house rules read below.

5. Riders will be eliminated if enter the class of wrong age category Atlet dianggap tersisih jika salah kelas saat melakukan pendaftaran.

6. In the NON-JUMPOFF classes BELOW 1m one horse can be ridden by maximum three (3) riders Pada kelas non jump off dibawah 1m, satu kuda dapat dinaik maksimal 3 kali.

Art 238.2.1 (Competitions against The clock) : Athletes with equality of Penalties for any place are place in accordance with the time taken do complate The round. Art 238.2.2 (Competitions against The clock) : This is a Competition against the clock, but in the event of equality of Penalties for first place, there will be one jump-off against the clock. Other Athletes are placed according to their Penalties and time in the first round. For minor Competitions (see GRs) the jump-off may be run according to table C, if thus provided in the Schedule.



Kompetisi ini merupakan kompetisi melawan waktu, tetapi dalam hal kesamaan jumlah penalti untuk kedudukan pertama, akan dilakukan satu jump-off terhadap waktu. Atlet lain ditempatkan sesuai dengan penalti dan waktu di putaran pertama. Untuk Kompetisi minor (lihat GR), jump-off dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tabel C, yang disediakan sesuai Jadwal. Art.269 Accumulator Competition • This Competition takes place over six, eight or ten obstacles with an increasing difficulty.

Combination obstacles are not allowed. The increasing difficulty is not solely due to the height and spread of the obstacles, but also to the difficulty of the track.

Kompetisi ini memiliki lebih dari enam, delapan atau sepuluh rintangan dengan kesulitan yang semakin meningkat. Rintangan kombinasi tidak diizinkan. Meningkatnya kesulitan tidak semata- mata karena ketinggian dan penyebaran rintangan, tetapi juga karena kesulitan trek.

• Bonus points are awarded as follows: one point for obstacle number one not knocked down, two

points for number two, three points for number three, etc. with a total of 21, 36 or 55 points. No point is awarded for an obstacle knocked down. Faults other than knock-downs are penalised as for Table A. • This Competition may take place either with the first round against the clock without a jump- off, or

against the clock or not against the clock with a jump-off in case of equality of points for first place following the initial round. In case of a jump-off there will be a minimum of six obstacles, which may be increased in height and/or spread. The obstacles in the jump-off must be jumped in the same order as in the first round and retain their respective points allotted in the first round.

• For the last obstacle of the course, an alternative obstacle may be provided, of which one element

may be designated the Joker. The Joker must be more difficult than the alternative obstacle and carry double points. If the Joker is knocked down, these points must be deducted from the total points obtained so far by the Athlete. At the discretion of the Course Designer, two Jokers may be included instead of one as alternatives to the last obstacle jumped. In this case, the first Joker will carry 150% of the points of the last obstacle on the course; the second Joker must be more difficult than the first Joker and will carry 200% of the points of the last obstacle on the course. The Athlete may jump one of the two Jokers as an alternative to the last obstacle. If the Joker is correctly jumped,



the Athlete earns 150%, respectively 200%, of the points of the last obstacle on the course. If the Joker is knocked down (JRs Art. 217.1), 150%, respectively 200%, of the points of the last obstacle of the course must be deducted from the total points obtained so far by the Athlete. • As an option, the Joker may be placed after the finish line, in which case it is not part of the main

course and the following formula must be used: after the Athlete has crossed the finish line his time is recorded and he has 20 seconds in which to make one attempt to jump the Joker should he so choose. If the Joker is correctly jumped, the Athlete earns double points of the last obstacle of the main course. If the Joker is knocked down (JRs Art. 217.1), these double points must be deducted from the total points obtained so far by the Athlete. In case of a fall of Athlete or Horse after crossing the finish line but within the 20 seconds available to jump the Joker, the Athlete will not be eliminated but will not be allowed to attempt to jump the Joker; he will keep the points he had accumulated prior to crossing the finish line. Art. 274.1 (Normal Competition in Two Phases) • Competition comprises two phases run without interruption, each at an identical or different speed,

the finishing line for the first phase being identical with the starting line for the second phase. Kompetisi terdiri dari dua fase yang berjalan tanpa kesalahan, masing-masing dengan kecepatan yang sama atau berbeda, garis finish untuk fase pertama identik dengan garis start untuk fase kedua.



• The first phase is a course of seven to nine obstacles with or without combinations. The second

phase takes place over four to six obstacles, which may include one combination. Fase pertama adalah merupakan rangkaian yang terdiri dari tujuh hingga sembilan rintangan dengan atau tanpa kombinasi. Fase kedua terdiri dari lebih dari empat hingga enam rintangan, yang dapat mencakup satu kombinasi.

• Athletes penalised in the first phase are halted by ringing the bell after they have jumped the last obstacle or when the time allowed for the first phase has been exceeded, after crossing the finishing line of the first phase. They must stop after crossing the first finishing line. • Athletes stopped after the first phase may only be placed after Athletes who have taken part in both phases. Atlet yang berhenti pada fase pertama hanya dapat ditempatkan setelah Atlet yang telah mengambil bagian dalam kedua fase.

• In the event of equality for first place, the tied Athletes will be placed equal first. Jika terdapat kesetaraan untuk tempat pertama, Atlet terkait akan ditempatkan pada posisi pertama.

• In order to fulfil the eligibility requirement for Horses taking part in the Grand Prix (see JRs Art. 261.4.4), it is sufficient to complete the first phase of Competitions conducted according to any of the formulas listed in Art. 274.1.5.1 – 274.1.5.5. Untuk memenuhi persyaratan bagi Kuda yang ikut serta dalam Grand Prix (lihat JRs Art. 261.4.4), cukup menyelesaikan fase pertama kompetisi sesuai dengan formula yang tercantum dalam Art. 274.1.5.1 - 274.1.5.5.
