•The team will consist of 7 players (three men and three women + the goalkeeper) on the court. The minimum amount of players needed to still be eligible to play is 6. Any player can play any position.•Substitutions are allowed, but substitutes may not enter onto the field unless the ref directs them to come into the game.

The ball can hit any of the walls and still be playable. If the ball goes up onto the track or hits the ceiling, play is stopped, and the opposing team will be awarded a free kick at the location where the ball left the gym or made contact with the ceiling.

Standard contact rules generally apply. Ball contact must be made during a play on the ball, NO charging with hands or elbows, and NO charging from behind.

NO slide tackling is allowed while playing indoor soccer to decrease the risk of injury.

Because we are playing indoor soccer there will be no offside's because the playing field is so small. No ball can be played by the goalie with his hands or feet beyond the midfield line without touching another person on the field. No ball may be kicked from one end of the court to the other without a touch by an opponent or team member.

Ties will be broken by a shoot out. Each team will pick five players to take a penalty kick, 3 of one gender and 2 of the other. Which ever team makes the most of 5 attempts will be the winner.
