PERFECT ROUNDNESS without flat area.Machine is equipped with a C.N.C. control

system which allows you to roll bendround, oval and polygonal shaped

tubes. Sheet metal is loaded with oneor two stacker area can accept one,

two, three, four,... piles of blanks.Machine can be also supplied with

manual feeding.

Two roll bending technology provides you one Model TT2 A

PERFECT ROUNDNESS without flat area. Machine is equipped with a C.N.C. controlsystem which allows you to roll bend round, oval and polygonal shaped tubes. Material is

loaded starting from coil in connection with a cut to lenght machine.

TTEngineering designed the FLEX FORMER TECHNOLOGY world wide patented together with C.N.C. control you can produce different materials in a renge with

thichness between 0,2 - 1,5 mm max lenght 1550 NO TOOLS CHANGE.For different range we can propose other solutions.

The pipe is perfectly roundWith the FLEX FORMER you can cover thickness from 0,2 to 1 mm and ø range from 75to 400 mm - max lenght 1550 mm in option thickness range from 0,3 to 1,5 mm and ø

range from 120 to 400 - max lenght 1000 mm. Including any type of material like:S.S. AISI type 300 - AISI type 400 - Al 29/4C

We realized many solutions for a fully automatic tube weldingprocess. The loading of the material can be made directly starting from coil or starting from blank. Line is automaticallyfeeding the material, roll bending, transferring, welding andunloading towards others equipment of finishing. We experienced and integrated the most important LASER present in the market, with the application of different powerand technical solutions. Productivity and quality is very high.

This type of machine is similar to model SL 400/600, but withthe only change of the welding source which is using a TIG

These lines were designed for the production of pipes with ø range from 40to 400 mm, thickness from 1 to 2 mm and max lenght of 2000 mm.Line can produce multiply pipes at the same time. Accuracy of pipe is veryhigh. This solution was possible thanks to "new patents" designed byTTEngineering.Welding technology can be LASER or TIG.

TTengineering special "experience and skill" was dedicate to develop and produce thin wall thickness

from 0,15 to 2 mm with variable materials.

Production of pipes with thin wall thickness isrequiring special technology approach both for

continuous forming and two roll forming, and inthe welding area too.

These machines are basically "tailored" looking atthe production needs of customers (end-user).

TTengineering builts machines covering ø rangefrom 12 to 200 mm and thickness range from

0,15 up to 0,30 mm.

ELBOWS

ÒWorkcell ” for the production of but welded elbows

This line is studied for:- a very high production speed- fully automation of each operation- welding of elbows with different inclination angles- just one operator

MODEL PCSFirst machine (see picture 1) is preparing the sector flanging (we can accept and start from any kind of cutting technology).

MODEL SCSSecond machine (see picture 2) is welding the sectors together.

The working diameter range is from 80 to 400 mm and thickness from 0,4 to 1 mm.

Material to be work can be stainless steel AISI 304/316.

The tools changeover is very fast.

Our machine can work pipes with a range diameter from 60 up to 600 mm.Length of pipe to be work is 1000 mm on the version TOP 600/1 and 1500 mm on the version TOP 600/2.

We can work the following materials: • Stainless steel (AISI 304/316/430/etc)• Mild steel• Galvanize/Galvalume/Zinkalume• Aluminum• Copper

Thickness range between 0,3 mm up to 2 mm.

This machine was developed to reach a very HIGH DEFINITION during the 3D cut-ting of tubes while maintaining a high quality surface in the cut area. This task isaccomplished with the following three state-of-the-art machine components:· MECHANICAL· ELECTRONIC (use of the state-of-the-art electronic control system available in the

machine tool business today)· SOFTWARE use friendly software deploying touch-screen icons.The machine capabilities are compliant with all standard tube ranges in theChimney and HVAC tube industry. Tube features included in your drawings may beuploaded for programming from a connected media device (Personal computer,hard drive or CD).The NESTING of cut pipe is INCLUDED.

VERY IMPORTANT NEWS· AUTOMATIC UNLOADING for the cut pieces.The automatic unloading operation save time and therefore translates into higherproductivity. While the operator is placing pieces into packaging the machine isalready cutting the next pipe.

This is a TTE patent.NOTE: this machine can accept both PLASMA or LASER (CO2/YAG) cuttingtechnology.For both cutting sources TTE tested with the world’s best suppliers.
