Exhaust Wall or Bench Solutions

Accudraft’s PRO Series paint spray booth and exhaust systems provide a wide variety of solutions built for the user’s speci�c process. Fully enclosed paint booths allow for unlimited spray application of �ammable and combustible materials according to NFPA 33 standards. Exhaust walls and open face spray booths meet and exceed requirements for applying coatings in an unenclosed environment. Air speeds are maintained across the cross section of the spray application plane in order to properly evacuate unwanted fumes and overspray.

Filtration media is customizeable to the user’s speci�c application process and type of coating. HEPA, Charcoal, and up to four stage �lter arrays are available in order to properly �lter the outgoing air. Heated and conditioned makeup air systems can be added to the paint booth or space to achieve proper application temperatures and humidity.

PRO Series CurtainedWorkstation

Accudraft’s PRO Series surface prep and limited �nishing stations provide an extremely versatile space that can be used for virtually any operation that produces unwanted gasses and debris. From sanding and grinding to welding and surface cleaning, PRO Series curtained workstations provide a well-lit and well-ventilated area for workers to perform tasks of all kinds.

Air �ltration is engineered according to the process the user intends to execute in the space. HEPA, three stage, and charcoal �lter arrays are available in order to �lter out contaminants and either exhaust the process air indoors or outdoors.

PRO Series® PAINT MIXING & STORAGE ROOMS

PRO Series® Paint Mixing Rooms

Accudraft’s PRO Series paint mixing rooms provide a well-lit and constantly ventilated environment where the user can mix coatings, maintain and clean application tools such as spray guns, mixers, and various other materials. Paint mixing rooms are designed for adequate ventilation according to NFPA 33 and OSHA standards and are constructed for spill containment such that the content of the room could never over�ow into the adjacent space or building.

USCS® Paint/Chemical Storage Units

Chemical storage units designed for indoor and outdoor placement. Fully self-contained systems provide ventilation, spill containment, and �re suppression in the event of a �re. Special sensors and alarms are integrated to provide constant monitoring of the space to ensure it never exceeds the lower explosive limit or the allowable level of airborne compounds present in the material being stored.

PSI Blast® Media Blasting & Dust Collection

Accudraft’s PSI Blast media blasting and dust collection systems are fully contained systems built for blasting substrates with various types of abrasives. Media is reclaimed through a trough underneath the user and dust and debris are separated and collected for dispos-al.

Media RecoverySystemMedia is recovered quickly through smooth steel troughs built underneath the blasting �oor. The media either falls in the recovery pit or the user sweeps the media in. Media is transported to the recovery hopper where it will be ready to be re-used.

Dust Collection Systems

Powerful dust collection systems provide strong air�ow to direct particles into the �ltration cabinet and downward-facing ba�es keep heavy particles from entering the �lters and pulse-blast solenoids release compressed air at speci�c intervals to keep �lters clean and maximize run time.

Easily Serviced Systems with Heavy Duty ConstructionHeavy duty enclosures and structure ensure longevity and maximum durability of the system through years of harsh conditions. All areas of the system are easily serviced via integrated ladders and platforms built to OSHA and ANSI Standard.

PRO Series Powder CoatingApplication BoothsFilter unused powder from the air stream and return the air to the building using multi stage or HEPA �ltration. Cartridge type �lters allow the system to pulse clean �lters and collect unused powder.

PRO Series® Powder Application & Curing

Accudraft’s PRO Series powder application booths utilize strong air�ow and proper lighting to give the worker applying the coating the right conditions in which to apply. Powder application booths can be simple, non-recovery systems that simply �lter out the powder and return air to the building. Alternately, they can be fully contained, recirculating booths with cartridge �lters made for recov-ery of unused powder.

Powder curing booths provide fast curing of coatings with high temperatures. Insulated construction and recirculat-ing air�ow let the user reach curing temperatures quickly and e�ciently.

Accudraft’s QTN-1 Makeup Air Systems provide conditioned air to the facility or to the booth or workspace being used in the �nishing process. Each application calls for di�erent conditions including heated, cooled, humidi�ed, or de-humidi�ed air. Depending on the outside air conditions of the site, the makeup air system must be engineered di�erently.
