These roofs offer a comprehensive envelope with a well-

developed range of profiles, colours and finishes. Manufacturers

produce roof profiles as trapezoidal, and can even be standing

seam in aluminium. Options for vertical areas include a flat

appearance, planked or ribbed.

Formed by two layers of metal profiled sheets with a cavity for insulation.

This system is considered to be "classic" factory roofing. Its various

formats have been used for many years on lower-end specification

warehousing.

ICS works very closely with mainstream manufacturers to provide NBS

specifications to assist clients in specifying the correct system build-up

for the building use.

Membrane metal is the most adaptable roof covering. It can be fixed

directly to concrete and timber decks, or to long-span decking and tray

systems. Composite panels can also be used as a deck or single ply

can be supplied as part of a pre-assembled

composite panel.

ICS design, supply and install deep structural decks suitable for

supporting most roof constructions across large spans. This area of

our business is specialist and is very bespoke to project specifics.

Structural decks are ideal for forming barrel vault-style roofs over

curved main steel rafters.


Metal Side Cladding

Metal side claddings are a generic design: a steel liner panel is fixed to a

steel frame with a cavity former, insulant and steel top sheet with

coloured finish. When installed correctly, with careful detailing, it gives a

commercial aesthetic appearance for mainstream warehousing activities.

It is easy to add a little flair with contrasting coloured trims or by turning

the top sheet through 90 degrees to run it horizontally.

supply and install rainwater manifold systems fit for purpose.

Many of the systems we have fitted have been within large

scale manufacturing plants where long runs of pipe work are

needed to transport rainwater from internal outlets to the

outside of the building.

Rooflighting is 30% more efficient than the equivalent area of vertical

the finished quality. The ICS drawing office uses AutoCAD with

drawings to the very highest standard.

trades, ensuring that any risk

elements are identified and

designed out.


Contracts Office

At the centre of the contracts department are our contracts

managers. They look after metal roofing, rainscreens, single ply

membrane, felting and asphalt works, purchasing from out tried and

tested supply chain and are supported by roaming supervisors.

Highly trained and experienced the team provide RAMS, full

programmes of works, crane lifting plans and friendly advice.


Sales Office

With all enquiries costed utilising bespoke interactive spread

sheets and takes off’s compliled by hand or computer

assisted, quotations provided are accurate and fully detailed.

Access and safe systems work are identified from day one to

ensure any risk is kept to the absolute minimum.
