Engaged employees are more productive in the workforce. But several of organization is failure to hold their employees consistently. It’s a challenge for much organization that how do train and develop a workforce. Employees can thrive and survive going forward even after providing comfortable salary and fringe benefits. The professional social work practice in the industry setting known as industrial social work, it is a methodical mode of assisting persons and groups on the way to better adjustment to work circumstances, it will utilize the application of social work skills, knowledge and training. In this paper researcher explores the industrial social practices, which can play a vital role to help to achieve social goals of employees as well as industries. Today, Management should concern about the social climate inside the organisation, the work culture and the mental health of the workers. It has been felt more and more that, if industrial social work skills and training have been operated optimally in the industry, employee and management can solve their multitude of social and emotional problems that inescapably arise for individuals perform a role in industry causes for disengagement.
