2 POLAB® Shuttle 3

POLAB® Shuttle is a new laboratory automation system with unique flexibility. Sample conveyance by mobile robot provides unrivalled freedom regarding system configuration, upgradability and laboratory layout.

The mobile, rail-guided robot serves all the installed modules, such as the capsule receiver, the sample preparation system, the sample storing device, the input and output magazine and the analysers. With pinpoint accuracy, flexibility and reliability.

Thanks to the innovative safety concept, the laboratory becomes a shared working space for man and machine.

In the barrier-free laboratory, the individual components can be served automatically (by the mobile robot) or manually.

The concept allows fully redundant laboratory systems to be set up, achieving highest availability and sample throughput rates.
