TV50P

Designedtocreateacyclonicairflowthatwill effectively remove up to 98% of all dust anddebrisbeforeitcanblockthefilteronthe vacuum. The Interceptors will collect just about every type of dust including cement and mdf. They have even been used to collect gold dust!

The TV50C will improve the performance and increase the period of time it can be operated atmaximumefficiencybeforetheairflowandvacuum become ineffective as a result of the filterbecomingblockedwithdust.Reduceddowntime will increase productivity as will a cleaner, healthier working environment with greatly reduced airborne dust. All the interceptors are maintenance free and have no moving parts – as such they are 100% reliable.

TV140, twin motor wet vac delivers high performance and durability in a well designed easy to operate package. The twin individually switched, two stage, bypass turbines are rated at 2400W and are available in both 110v and 240v options.

The TV140 is supplied complete with hose and a rangeofsuctiontoolsincludingafloorwandandfloorheadfittedwithrubberblades.Therubberbladesareperfectforcollectingfluidsfromthefloor.

The proof of the pudding...

A 25kg bag of cement was spread evenly onto the floor.

A vacuum was connected to the Xyclon interceptor to collect the cement.

The Xyclon interceptor collected 22.6 kg of the cement dust with no noticeable loss of suction.

The same test was carried out with the Xyclon interceptor removed. There was a dramatic drop in performanceasthefilterbecameclogged.Afterashort period of time the suction became so poor the test was abandoned.

TheefficiencyoftheXycloninterceptorwouldbefurtherimprovedwithaconstantairflowe.g.whencollecting dust from a cutting/grinding machine.

The Tornado has been designed and engineered to operate continuously under the most demanding conditions without any reduction in performance. The Tornado will provide you with the possibility for dust free, grinding, planing and mobile shot blasting. The work area will be as free from dust after eight hours of grindingasitwaswhenyoufirststartwork.

All the dust collected can be automatically bagged for disposal or wheeled to a skip in the large volume steel collector. Fitted with 70mm and 50mm ports there is the possibility for one operator to carry out detail and edging work with a hand grinder while a second operator completes the main areas.

An onboard compressor automatically cleans the qualitycartridgefilters-theoperatorscancontinueworkingwhilethefiltersarecleanedwithnolossofperformance. Similarly work can continue while the dust collector is emptied whether bagging the dust or using the wheeled container.
