Teens Empower and Mentor) program. This program is aimed at empowering Central Florida teen girls to become

future leaders in STEM fields. Girls are underrepresented in STEM fields and there is significant evidence that they

are unengaged in subjects like math and science that support these fields. S.T.E.a.M will link teen mentors with

tween (ages 8-12 years old) mentees for projects utilizing STEM principals during weekly sessions on topics

including Lego mazes, fiber crafts, movie-making, circuitry and tinkering, coding and 3d printing, food crafts and
