WELCOME! FROM OUR INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, RACHEL OSTERHOUSE
Thank you for joining us in supporting these students’ personal and musical growth! Dr. Suzuki would say, “Without hurry, without rest” and he would describe climbing a mountain saying, “you cannot reach the summit in one stride, but must climb step by step to approach your goal.” That’s what these students and families are doing day in and day out. As we enjoy this “summit” moment, let’s remember and celebrate all the small steps along the way.
Students have been participating in our Share-A-Thon 2021, sharing videos of their recital piece leading up to today. This is our 7th annual community fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $10,000 towards the Annual Fund, supporting the ongoing programming of the Academy. We appreciate all who are part of the next step for these students.
It is a privilege to collaborate with all the members of our community, our enrolled families, grandparents, the Board of Directors, our donors, the fabulous faculty and the Indianapolis arts community as we nurture beautiful character in these children through excellence in music. Thank you for being here!
Sincerely,
Rachel Osterhouse, Interim Executive Director
