Workshop Objectives

To identify and share challenges, lessons learnt and good practice experiences in follow-up trainings and implementation of the INEE Minimum Standards

To develop recommendations for improvements in training content and/or methodology in order to further facilitate the training process at regional and/or national levels

To provide refresher training sessions and share new tools to strengthen participants understanding of how to use the INEE Minimum Standards

To develop regional and national and country cluster (where appropriate) plans of action for deepening inter-agency coordination and collaboration to reach quality education

• World Vision, Save and MoE to organize 3 simplified trainings on the INEE Minimum Standards in local language for teachers and communities

• UN agencies and NGOs to disseminate the INEE Minimum Standards to donor agencies

• NGOS to advocate the incorporation of the INEE Minimum Standards in April Education Campaign to UNICEFNorth Sudan:

• Save the Children to conduct a training and collaborate Education WG to develop implementation plan in Khartoum 11-13 Dec. 2007
