linha neonatal
Newborns prematures babies have greater difficulties in maintaining their body temperature than full-term babies and adults because of their large body surface in relations to their volume. The use of the thermal therapy has been demonstrated as being very useful to increase the survival rate in low-weight babies. Several devices have been developed to actively warm and maintain appropriate temperature in neonates and infants, such as radiant warmers and hot air incubators. The neonatal infant radiant warmers models Matrix R e SC, are recommended for delivery rooms, nurseries and intensive care units and provide a warm and stable microenvironment for small babies, who need additional care in this critical period in the beginning of their lives. These are high-technology equipment whose resources may include control systems of temperature, along with factors such as quality, effectiveness and user – friendly operation, all specially designed to fully meet the user´s expectations, therefore providing greater comfort for the small patients.
