WORKFLOW TIMESHEET

This is a module that enables the resources associated

with each customer, project, job order or activity to au-

tonomously enter their hours worked using a simplified

and immediate process. In a simple operation the Project

Manager thus has all completed timesheets available

and can verify their correctness and authorize or reject

the hours entered.

A useful and strategic tool for all companies, particularly

service companies for which profitability is closely con-

nected with the productivity of resources.

WORKFLOW TEAMWORK

Entry of hours for employees and for job orders/servi-

ces is the responsibility of job/service managers and

area offices according to a workflow logic that incorpo-

rates a process of evaluation and approval of the data

entered. The module also enables management of staff

who have not been directly assigned by selecting the

“loans” option. With Workflow Teamwork, therefore, you

can monitor each individual work performance by com-

paring the original estimated budget with the number of

hours actually worked by the employee.

You can immediately assess the performance of activi-

ties, the workload of the resources used and, in the event

of deviations from original estimates, take prompt cor-

rective action.

PRODUCTION GO AND TOTEM

Production Go is a module for companies with staff that

have a fixed working location (factories, warehouses, pro-

duction areas, departments, offices etc.) and that need to

monitor the types of services performed on a daily basis.

Installed on the Zucchetti terminal (touch-screen

totem), it enables controlled, interactive and guided

accounting of production hours, the remote synchro-

nization of registry data, job orders, activities, etc. and

attribution filters applied directly on the terminal. The

terminal is designed to work also in the absence of a

network, so as to memorize all clocking-in data and to

be constantly synchronized with management software.

With mobile apps, the timesheet has also arrived on

smartphones and tablets! The apps transfer all the use-

ful features of Infinity ZTimesheet software to mobile de-

vices for both workers and managers, even offline!

ZTimesheet App: the app that employees can use to eas-

ily and quickly record and send timesheets for approval

directly from their smartphones and tablets - useful for

those without a PC or a fixed work station.

ZTeamwork App: the app designed for managers who

need to monitor the working hours of various groups as-

signed to job orders and projects. The ZTeamwork App

turns the manager’s tablet into a real everyday manage-

ment and performance evaluation tool: the manager can

enter the hours for each worker at any time and assess

his/her workload and performance of activities, taking

prompt action in the event of deviations from original

estimates.

CLOCKING IN VIA TAG/QR CODE AND NFC

Workers can clock the start and finish of activities also

by holding the Zucchetti MDC pocket terminal next to

special identification tools (TAG or QR code) present

at the work location to confirm their attendance, the per-

formance of the operation, the location of the operation

(geo-location) and the time taken.

Or they can turn the mobile device provided to them

into a badge: using a specific app and NFC technology,

they can simply hold the smartphone or tablet near to

the terminal to clock in or out.

ACTIVITY GO

Infinity ZTimesheet also caters for traveling workers

and those who perform maintenance activities. This

is a module specifically designed for companies that pro-

vide maintenance services (fire extinguishers, air filters,

lighting, doors, boilers, elevators), cleaning (toilets, ser-

vices in public and private areas and facilities), surveil-

lance (prison security, inspection services, transport of

valuables) and those in the construction sector (build-

ings construction, maintenance of plumbing and electri-

cal systems). The module supports the company firstly

in the work planning stages and then in monitoring

the activities performed:

• Maintenance planning in cyclical mode (with hourly,

daily, monthly, yearly frequency) and scheduled mode

(with specific indication of planned dates);

• Verification of actual carrying out of maintenance

activities;

• Preparation of maintenance plan for each area of com-

petence;

• Statistical reports for the quantitative and qualitative

evaluation of the performance of each individual em-

ployee: duration of each maintenance operation, cover-

age of work shifts, actual performance of the service in

respect of the relevant timescales and margins of toler-

ance, inactivity percentage of each employee, etc...

Activity GO integrates with hardware devices that

monitor attendance and production clocking-in data to:

• monitor clocking-in and clocking-out data for staff on a

shift and calculate the duration of the work activity;

• check the date and the start and finish time for oper-
