CELEBRATE THE PROFESSION NEWLY LICENSED CPA SWEARING-IN CEREMONY An evening for all CPAs and their families to honor our profession, celebrate our success, and welcome the future. The highlight of the night is when newly-licensed CPAs are sworn in to the profession by taking their solemn professional oath.Typically held in November Attendance: 35

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN AUDIT CONFERENCE The Employee Benefit Plan Conference equips CPAs in public and private sectors to operate and audit EBPs. This annual conference offers three tracks (audit workshop, plan sponsorship, and advanced topics), each dealing with maintaining EBP tax-exempt status and auditing EBP financial reports.Typically held in May Attendance: 160

BEACH RETREAT The MACPA Beach Retreat is held every year in Ocean City, MD. Members are encouraged to bring families and make Beach Retreat part of a working vacation.
