Mobility (10 days), during:

The mobility will take the form of a seminar attended by 48 youth
workers, representatives of 12 organizations from 6 countries (Romania, France, Italy,
Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal)

PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS
Specific objectives:
1. Increasing the number of new youth workers in each participating organization
up to 4 people with developed skills and competences for social inclusion of
marginalized young people coming from national ethnic minorities groups,
migrant families and refugees from the community, by participating in all
project's activities.
2. To identify, acquire and increase the knowledge bag with 12 effective and
innovative methods in the field of social inclusion, prevention of intolerance,
racism and violence regarding the marginalized young people from the
community coming from national ethnic minorities families, migrants, refugees
and gaining appropriate attitudes to deal with spontaneous situations of
discrimination, racism, violence (especially Islamic culture), by preparing and
participating in the seminar.
3. Good practices exchange between 12 organizations and development of new
partnerships to integrate people belonging to national ethnic minorities, refugees
and migrants, focusing on youths.
4. Drawing attention on the problems of young people from disadvantaged
backgrounds by organizing 3 local information/organization, sessions at local
level and not only.
5. Practical implementation of the methods and the techniques learned at the
seminar by applying them to the specific activities within 5 integration
workshops/organization.
Project implementation stages:
General preparation of the project: 1.01.2019-31.01.2019.
Selection of participants: 1.02.2019-15.02.2019.
Participants training and mobility preparation: 17.02.2019- 28.03.2019.
Mobility in Romania: 29.03.2019-07.04.2019.
Stage of dissemination – results: 07.04.2019-31.05.2019.
Participants’Profile:
48 youth workers: 4/organization.
Minimum Participation Terms:
- A youth worker certificate and / or a special recommendation from
the legal representative of the partner organization;
- Volunteer member / collaborator of a participant organization;
- Middle or higher studies;
- Age: minimum 18 years old;
- Motivation proven by an argumentative essay (from which to show
the need for participation and the expected change to happen-
impact);
- Experience in social inclusion and working with young people with
fewer opportunities;
- Knowledge of English language.
PARTICIPANTS, SELECTION, COMMUNICATION
Each partner will select 4 youth workers (participants) + 1 reserve on the basis
of the above criteria;
- Each partner organization will send to the Coordinator its list of participants
with names, passports/IDs and contact details, together with the travel
schedules (dates and times of arrival and departure);
- Each participant will fill out a questionnaire sent by the Coordinator.

The participants will prepare for the mobility:
1. A presentation of their country (with traditions, customs, attractions ...)
under the most original format (recommendations: movies, ppts, photos);
2. A study– a presentation in the form of ppt, photo, video to reveal specific
methods and techniques used or innovative in the direction of integrating
young people from the family of migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, focusing
on concrete examples, personal and organizational experience, presentation
which will be sustained at the mobility as an exchange of good practices.
Dissemination:
- min. 3 information sessions;
- min. 5 community workshops – applying the methods and techniques learned at the
seminar;
- Digital magazine of good practices;
- Online Dissemination: on the Facebook of the organizations and participants; on
the website of the organizations (articles, posts).
Mobility Information - 10 days 29.03.2019-07.04.2019) – excluding travel days.
All groups will arrive on 28.03.2019, no later than 19.00 for check in and dinner.
Departure will take place on 08.04. 2019, after breakfast. Depending on the
departure airport of the participants, APDD plans to rent a bus for providing the
transfer from the place of mobility to the Airport and vice versa.
Mobility Location
Romania: Hotel Traian from Str. Calea lui Traian no. 559, Căciulata Resort, Vâlcea County, Romania.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
HOTEL:
The 3 * Hotel is located in the center of the Căciulata
Resort.
Facilities:
Double rooms equipped with:
- Twin (separate beds);
- TV;
- telephone;
- WIFI internet;
- refrigerator;
- bathroom with shower;
Meals (full board: 3 meals / day ) will be served at the
Hotel’s restaurant.
Other facilities:
-Free access to the conference room;
-Free access to the thermal pool between: 1600 - 2200
hours

RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING
ACCOMMODATION :
1) All participants are advised to take care and respect hotels’ property, including the
keys. If, in any circumstances they lose the key or damage anything they will be
obliged to cover all costs towards the hotel.
2) All hotel rooms are being cleaned by hotel staff. All participants however need to
maintain their spaces clean and tidy, demonstrating respect to the hotel staff.
3) Personal property and belongings are each participant’s own responsibility;
therefore they should take all necessary precautions.
4) Breakfast, lunches and dinners are offered by the Pro Dezvoltare DACIA
Association during the official program of the mobility.
5) Alcoholic drinks are not included in any lunch or dinner.
6) Participation at the program’s activities is COMPULSORY.
In Romania, the participants can benefit from free public health insurance, like
any Romanian citizen.
The European Health Card is recommended.
Tsunami: Waves Of Integration (TSUNAMI) project proposes the validation of
non-formal and informal learning and the skills gained by each participant,
through the European Youthpass Certificate.
Each day of activities will not exceed 6 hours (3 hours AM, 3 hours PM ). Pause
at every 90 minutes.
Each participant has the obligation to upload the mobility report in the Mobility
Tool, immediately after returning to his country.
TRANSPORT PROCEDURE
As a safety meassure, please apply the following procedure
regarding the buying of the travel tickets :
Select the ticket (the most economical);
Inform us (APDD) regarding your selection;
Buy the tickets only after our (APDD) confirmation.
The travel expenses will be reimbursed via bank transfer to the
bank accounts of each partner organization, after all the
requested travel documents: invoices, receipts, tickets, boarding
passes will be provided to us on their original forms, concerning
both arrival and departure.
