Financial Technology(FinTech) is the next growth area in the world of finance. Many financial institutions are making disruptive changes in the use of digital technologies, from Apple Pay to PayPal, to allow them to meet future banking needs. The Diploma in Financial Informatics (FI) will help you surf this new technology wave sweeping the financial world.

In the first year, you will build a strong foundation ofIT knowledge, focusing on coding, designing databases and understanding IT infrastructure. Have dreams ofworking at Pixar? This could be your big break. Four A3DA students created a short animation film, Intergalactic Dance Battle, about an interstellar prince and his friend. The film was screened at Animation Day during the Cannes Film Festival 2016 and won Best CG Animation (Short Film) in the Singapore Crowbar Awards 2016.

Designed for the hearing impaired community, KinderSign is a mobile app that teaches users how to sign. It was started as a final-year project by Terrence Goh, alumnus from the Diploma in Multimedia & Animation course (now known as IMGD). He roped in fellow NP alumni to continue to develop the app which went on to win the the Lee Hsien Loong Interactive Digital Media Smart Nation Award 2017.
