College fee and Hostel fee/Transport fee must be paid in the form of Multicity cheque/demand draft in

favour of name of the concern college payable at Jodhpur. All out station students are required to pay

their fee by either DD or Bankers Cheque. The DD/Bankers Cheque should be in the name of:-

Each cheque/DD must bear the College Registration No., Name, Class & Branch of the student, at back.

In case of dishonored cheque the fee along with a fine of Rs.500/- must be deposit with in 3 days.

The fees will be deposit in college during working hours.

Parents & students are required to go through the following rules / regulation very carefully which have tobe followed by each student very strictly .

RAGGING IS PROHIBITED BY LAW , All the student must know that Ragging is prohibited and isa criminal offence. Any student indulging in any act of ragging, however insignificant it may be,will be dealt with seriously and handed over to law and order authorities. In addition, the collegewill take disciplinary action at its end which may include rustication of the defaulters.

The dress code and identity card is the identity of JIETians. The students are required to followthe proper dress code on all uniform days (i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday, All CollegeFunctions, Celebrations, Examinations days) and they have to carry their identity cards duringtheir stay at premises.

The use of MOBILE/CELL PHONE on college campus is strictly prohibited . The management will not be responsible for any kind of loss/damage/theft of any materials. If any student found guilty of indulging him/her self in miscount then he/she will be suspended

or fined or both and even may be expelled as decided by the Proctorial board.

As per the decision of Honb le High Court and the prescribed norms of Rajasthan TechnicalUniversity, minimum 75% attendance in theory (lecture and tutorial taken together) andpractical is required to be eligible for appearing in Midterm and University theory and practicalexamination. Defaulters will not be allowed to take examination(s) of theory and practical examof the subject(s) in which they have been found shortage of attendance.

In order to provide constant feedback to parents the Attendance and Mid Term Marks aremade available on the website of the college.

The attendance is updated on 7 th and 21 st date of every month. To avoid any consequences, parents arerequested to keep themselves updated through website about the performance of their ward. In case of any change in contact detail, parents and students are advised to get the same updated at students cell.
