The people at Informa Investment Solutions are highly qualified and experienced in supporting and servicing the needs of investment professionals and distributors. The executive level management of Informa Investment Solutions has an average of fifteen years tenure with Informa Investment Solutions while the management level averages ten years. We pride ourselves for having a group of staff with high collective knowledge, experience and the essential drive to continue learning the industry we are part of.
Our current headcount is 100. 67%-Is in White Plains, NY; 29% is in Durham, NC; 4% is scattered around CA, PA, MA, VA, MD.

Organizational Issues – 2007 Strategic Priorities
ISSUES & STRATEGIES Keeping Morale High Recognize Employees’ Accomplishment as and individual achievement and as a team member,
by continuing with our new program such as EOM (Employee of the Month) Program and on the Social Level, reinstating our Monthly Birthday Lunch Get-Together.
Trust Issues by employees to Management, due to the recent redundancy reduction Show support and appreciation to employees’ hard work, even with the simple “pat in the back”,
and making employees aware of the results of their work on how it affects the company, and its placement in the industry
Exhausted the online hiring venue (CareerBuilder, Monster.com, etc...) Finding and adding new industry specific venue to post job openings
Integration - Being neglected Regular Visits every 2 months, so that Durham staff does not feel “out of sight/out of mind
syndrome”. With all the new technologies today, having a face to talk to is still the absolute best way, which is always available and utilized by White Plains staff. Making sure that WP Staff does not feel, neglected with the new Durham employees on board.
