Where Consciousness Coaching® differs from other coaching skills training programmes is that we give as much attention to the being of the coach as we do to the doing of that coach. We develop excellent coaching skills in our coaches – with questioning,

listening, visioning and causing change through the coaching structure in combination with ‘dancing in the moment’ all forming part of the training. We uniquely elicit insights and self-discovery among our coaches, with coaches gaining insight into their patterns, biases and human nature, and discovering ways of creating change through being more conscious and self-aware. Programme methodology

Consciousness Coaching® is an advanced methodology of coaching that creates shifts in the coachee’s consciousness. Sustainable change is possible when coachees become conscious of what drives their behaviour. Once this awareness has been created, choice becomes available, with coachees no longer being the victim of their circumstances or reactions. This is immensely liberating and empowering.

What sets Consciousness Coaching® apart from other coaching methodologies is that different awareness creations and tools are introduced as the coaching process unfolds. These serve to make the coachee aware of areas that are beyond normal human consciousness, unlocking a whole new dimension of which most people simply are not aware that they are not aware of.

Measuring the integrity of the coachee also forms an integral part of the coaching, allowing for the coachee to see the relationship between a high level of integrity and the realisation of results and achievement of success.

Real breakthroughs happen when someone’s thinking expands to embrace possibilities that are outside of the ‘box’ of conventional consciousness. When merging standard coaching practice with the highly developed Awareness Creation process, we move into the limitless realm of Consciousness Coaching®.
