INFORMATION ABOUT ADMISSION
HOW TO FILL YOUR FORM
Use Google Chrome to log in into “apply.rcbc.edu.ng”, at the top of the screen you will see “Applicant
Area”, click on it.
A page will open, also look at the bottom you will see “NOT YET APPLIED? APPLY NOW”, click on
it.
The below form will open to you
To fill the form above kindly note the following instructions:
1. ensure that you put the right session
2. First name will your own while LAST name should be your SURNAME
3. Ensure that you use your valid e-mail and correctly
4. Also ensure you use your phone number as messages will be sent immediately to complete the
process.
5. Choose your right campus… Note please that you are not to choose main campus at any time if
you are not running a full-time programme
6. Lastly, please input your right programme.
When you click, “Submit My Application” the below page will open. At this stage a message will be
received on your mobile phone and your email address
Click the information in Blue lettering to move to the next level
At this stage you are to use the message received on mobile phone or email as your verification code
and your email address (WHERE IT IS WRITTEN I HAVE RECEIVED A VERIFICATION CODE)
Then click “Verify My Application”
You will immediately receive the message at the next stage in your mobile phone and email. In this
message you have your Access Code. Kindly keep it.
You are required to click the message in blue lettering to move to the next stage which is where you will
use your email address and the access code to login.
At this stage you are to pay for application form, you are required to click “Next Step: Pay for
Application Form – Click Here”
Please note that you can pay online via your ATM Card or deposit into the College’s accounts.
If you are paying through your ATM Card, your will be redirected to REMITA page.
a. In the box “Who do you want to pay?” Type Redeemed Christian Bible College (click college
name to auto complete).
b. In the Name of Service/Purpose field. Please select the course (service) you require
c. Select item to pay for and repeat steps for other items you want to pay for on the list. Notice the
amount is being added up at the end of the List.
d. Follow other instructions to make your payment.
After payment, the below page will open. You are required to click, “Next Step: Fill Application Form
Online – Click Here”
This will show you the form with some of the information you have fill. Below are the information
necessary for you to include
After submitting, the information will show that the form has been filled successfully. To print the form,
you will need to click “Print/View”. After which your admission letter will be released to you after
your application must have been viewed and processed.
When your application is processed, your admission letter will be released. You will see the below
page
You will need to click on “Print/View” on the last information.
You will see admission Letter, Kindly print it.
I.D CARD PROCESSING
I.D issuance has been made easy for both the Coordinators and students.
The moment a student receives the Provisional Admission letter, he/she should log out of the ‘Applicant
Area’ and click on ‘Student Area’.
While in the ‘Student Area’, he/she should input the Matric no. and his or her surname (Note: The first
letter should be capital letter, while others in small letters) and click log in.
The stage will be your student page as below:
While in his/her page, at the top right corner, the name of the student will appear and placing the cursor
on it, it will show some information about the student.
Also there are some instructions like upload signature… The student should have signed on a white piece
of paper (with a black pen), scanned it. The student should now click on upload signature, search for
where the signature is and upload.
