7. If we are not satisfied by the conventional DBMS designs you plan to deliver then what are the alternate data

management systems that you will provide?

8. How do you plan to capture the information flow at all levels of enterprise like end users, groups,

departments, divisions, and head office

9. Where all do you plan to store the data like on client machine, storage server, databases, physical files, data

dictionary, meta data repositories and other locations

10. What types of data summarizations/ reporting do you have in mind that can have meaningful values to

different types of users

11. What is the data retention policies

12. If storage in DBMS is not possible how do you use File servers or other products to manage the data

13. Data organized at what levels and locations based on end users needs that do not violate corporate policies

14. What are the SLA available to ensure continued availability of data to all types of users like admin, designers,

end users

15. What are the reporting tools planned for us?

16. How to plan to index, crawl and access to external spider / crawlers to your corporate data?

17. Do you plan to use Search Engine for your content, if so how is it possible for enterprise scale, with changes

every day.

18. Do you recommend any types of employees to manage the data
