A noTe on cHAnging exHibiTsTo capture the ever-evolving spirit of rock and roll, the exhibits are changed frequently, and some items are displayed on a temporary basis. As such, areas of the Museum may be closed during your visit.

VisiTor serVices & securiTYVisitor Services staff are stationed throughout the Museum. Please feel free to ask them for directions or assistance during your visit. Security representatives are located throughout the building to ensure your safety and security. In case of an emergency, dial 1268 on the Museum’s house phones (located on all levels of the Museum).

Family restroom and nursing areas are available upon request.

AccessibiLiTYThe Museum is wheelchair accessible and elevators serve all levels. Wheelchairs and strollers are available at Coat Check (lower level) and motorized scooters are available for a $10 rental fee. If you require assistance in any area of the Museum, please ask any of our staff.

Closed captioning is available in most of our theaters and exhibits. Please ask a Visitor Services staff member for details.

Assistive listening devises (ALDs) and Braille Guides are available to check out at Coat Check.
