Job title MSK Physiotherapist Full-time post.

Hours Flexible working negotiable but evening and occasional weekends expected. Associate applications also welcome.

Location Sheffield, UK.

Salary Offering attractive pay with pension and additional PRP.

Purpose of the job To provide outstanding outcomes for a range of clients with musculoskeletal disorders at our Practice. You’ll do this by expert physiotherapy management, based on advanced clinical reasoning. You will actively participate in the development and growth of the business as well as undertake associated tasks to ensure a high level of quality in service delivery.

Key duties/responsibilities The post holder will: Devise and implement management plans for patients in accordance with CSP rules of professional conduct and quality assurance standards as directed by the Practice.

Carry out and record the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients in a comprehensive and accurate manner (in written or electronic format) to include all communications with the patient, medical practitioner or other third parties.

Be responsible for the implementation of a high standard of clinical skills in all areas of assessment, treatment and management of a wide range of MSK disorders.

Communicate in an effective and timely manner with medical practitioners and other third parties to ensure a high standard of patient care and service delivery.

Communicate effectively with the practice manager and all members of the team to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the practice and record-keeping systems as required. Identify and implement necessary changes to practice in order to improve service delivery and clinical quality.

Sustain a high standard of professional and clinical practice and demonstrate a willingness to develop further with informal learning opportunities, in-service training, formal training (i.e. external courses) and performance review.

Demonstrate an aptitude to assist in the development and growth of the practice.

Be conversant with relevant IT systems and undertake necessary training in order to ensure their effective operation.
