To fill the form, click on the "New Application Form" button.

After clicking on "New Application Form", tabs of the priority component under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

If you want to apply for the component 4, click on the "Apply" button under "Component No. 4-Own Construction".

If you want to apply for component 3, click on the "Apply" button under "Component No. 3-Flat System".

If you want to apply for component 2, click on the "Apply" button under "Component No. 2-Bank Loan".

When filling the application, fill out all first primary information.(Tip : Applicant's Name as per Aadhaar Card)

Fill the Current Address and Permanent Address here.

(Note : Applicant's proper Mobile Number is mandatory for future process.)

Existing (Present) house ownership details are given in three options 1. Own 2. Rental 3. Other

Fill in the appropriate information about your house details.

Fill in the information about Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or any other type of Identification Card.

Choose the appropriate Religion and Caste type.

Information about Bank, Number of Years of Stay in City, Employment Status, Annual Incomeand BPL card has to be filled in here. (Note: Please make sure Bank Account number is correct)

Details about existing house's carpet area, area of open plot and Employment Status must be filled here.

Please provide details of the Employment Status if “Other” is chosen and BPL Card.

Information about the family-owned open plot (resident land) anywhere in India must be filled here.

Information about the family like Relation, Name, Father's / Husband's Name, Surname, Age, Sex,Aadhaar No., Voter ID, PAN Card, Marital Status must be filled here. (Note: While filling the familyinformation, names of the members should be same as their Aadhaar card.)

After filling in information about the family in this, click on the "Add member" button.

If you want to remove member information, click on the "Remove" button.

Check all required document attached with Application Form. If any other document is attached, check it as "Other"

Documents PDF, Applicant's Photo, Applicant's Signature should be uploaded here.

Note :

1. Photo of applicant's photo and applicant's signature can be approximately 200 x 200 size and up to a maximum of 150 KB.

2. All documents should be scanned at a maximum of 150 to 200 dpi and the combined PDF size should be 6 MB.

3. Document Upload can take 2 to 3 minutes, wait once clicked on Save button.

If you are certain that the information is correct, click on the blue "OK" button. It may take 2 to 3 minutes for the documents to be uploaded. After the information is stored, after clicking "Your application has been successfully saved." click on green "OK" button and get a copy of the acknowledgment.
