LAC & PLAC Looked after and previously looked after children PAN (Published Admission Number) The PAN is the number of applications that a school will accept from external applicants for admission to the sixth form in addition to the internal applicants who attended Year 11 of the school during 2016/17. Internal students Each school will welcome applications for entry to their sixth form from students who have attended the school in Year 11 in 2016-2017 and wish to enter the sixth form in September 2017. External students Each school also accepts applications for entry to their sixth form from external candidates who attended another school for Year 11 during 2016-2017. Entry requirements for both internal and external students Entry to the sixth form is subject to a student having achieved the entry requirements for the programme of subjects/courses they wish to pursue whether vocational or academic. Students should refer to each school’s Sixth Form Prospectus for further details of individual subject requirements; individual subjects may be limited in the number of students they are able to accommodate. Number of external places offered for September 2016
Please note these figures are provisional, as final places will be subject to students meeting the minimum entry requirements.
