1. Tutor2you Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian Business (ABN: 81 166 455 572) with its head office in Brisbane QLD.2. Throughout this document ‘Our’ and ‘We’ refers to Tutor2you. ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the client either reading this or receiving services.

TUTORS3. All of our tutors are certified to work with children and hold valid working with children checks4. Our recruitment process includes thorough screening, including both a phone and face to face interview with every tutor.5. Although we work hard to ensure the right fit for your child, if for any reason, you’re not 100% happy with your tutor during yourconsultation or throughout the course of your booking, we’ll happily arrange another consultation with an alternative tutor.

BOOKINGS

6. Standard

Standard lesson rates apply to any bookings less than 4 weeks in duration and are booked and invoiced in advance at our publishedstandard rate.Due to their nature, standard bookings are unable to be conducted as structured remedial or extension programs.

7. Pay As You Go (PAYG) – (Post Paid)

PAYG bookings are only available on direct debit and direct debit fees will apply and vary depending on payment type chosen.Payment Plans are only available when setting up a direct debit via Integrapay.

PAYG bookings are made in advanced but invoiced weekly in arrears based on usage. Pricing is valid for each calendar week Monday to Sunday inclusive. Note that in the event that a session report is delayed, a lesson my not be invoiced until the follow week, however it will beinvoiced at the appropriate rate as if it had been invoiced on schedule.Invoices are issued every Tuesday and the direct debit will be charged on the Wednesday at the published PAYG rate at the timeof invoicing.Upon the issue of the first invoice, you will be required to set up a direct debit via Integrapay online using either a bank accountor credit card when paying the first invoice.Once set up, direct debit payments will be charged to the nominated account on the due date of any subsequent invoices.Lessons may be rescheduled throughout the course of the booking in accordance with these terms.

8. Pre-Paid

Prepaid packages must be paid up-front for a minimum of 4 weeks or more.Prepaid booking fees are based on the forecast booked usage and calculated using the published rates for first and subsequenthoursPre-paid bookings will be invoiced in one invoice due on or before the start of the booking.Where a second specialist tutor is required, a secondary booking may be added at the subsequent rates.Each booking will be issued with a separate invoicePackages are only valid for one term at a time, and the holidays either side. Lessons may be rescheduled throughout the course of the booking in accordance with these terms at no extra cost.Unused lessons are refundable at the completion of the term, or cancellation of the booking following a recalculation of the bookingfee in accordance with the pricing structure at the discretion of Tutor2you.Prepaid bookings cancelled prior to a minimum of 4 weeks will incur the standard rates at the time of the cancelation and anyremaining credit will be refunded.Payment can be made via a bank direct deposit to the bank account listed on the invoice using the invoice number as the reference. Alternatively, payment may be made online via our payment processor Integrapay via either credit card, from a bank account (Note:Processing charges do apply and are administered by Integrapay and confirmed on the checkout screen prior to payment)

9. Early Bird Discounts

From time to time Tutor2you may make Early Bird offers available.These offers are made on strict up-front payment terms, and due payable by the Early Bird Cut-Off Date, published at the time ofbooking and irrespective of when lessons begin. Failure to pay by the early bird cut-off date will result in forfeiture of the early bird discount.

10. Payment Terms

Dishonours - Failed or rejected transfers will incur a $10 Dishonour Fee.Overdue lessons fees may be reverted to the standard rate if more than 7 days overdue.Interest charged on overdue bills at 10%p.a. compounding monthly from the date of the invoice.Where overdue invoices exceed 28 days, debt collection may be initiated and additional debt collection fees may be levied by ourcollection agency.

Lessons rescheduled or cancelled 2 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson will receive a full credit.Lessons rescheduled or cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a fee equivalent to 0.5 hours at theprevailing booking rate in order to compensate the tutors for the lost opportunity.Lessons cancelled after the tutor has arrived will incur a minimum fee of 1 hour at the prevailing booking rate.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS11. We understand that from time to time things are going to come up, as such:

12. Upon completion or cancellation of a booking, a full credit of any unused hours will be issued in accordance with therelevant Package rates.13. Cancellation fees may be waived at the absolute discretion of management in extenuating circumstances.14. Refunds of outstanding credit will be processed on request and may take up to two weeks from the provision of bankdetails.

SOLICITATION15. Whilst a client of Tutor2you and for a period of six (6) months thereafter you agree not to directly or indirectly attempt toengage a current or past Tutor of Tutor2you with the purpose of circumventing Tutor2you.

CHANGES TO TERMS

16. Tutor2you reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Current terms and conditions will always be displayed onthe website.
