Three Roll Fixed Axis: Information: This Plate Bending Machine is used in combination with press. The material is required to be feed after pre-pinching in press. In application with small thickness the material can be pre-bend within the machine, bring top roll as a press. This machine can be used to straightening bend plates & for straightening segmental welded Flange Joints. The machine is fully hydraulic, there for it can operate on full automatic buttons, And only a person operate full machine. Section Bending Attachment: Extended shafts are given to attach section bending dies. These dies can easily attached &easily removed from extended shaft.

Some Machine Features: 1. Control panel- All operations like bending, cone guide, drop-end, hold cylinder & roller

rotation is done on the panel. Also digital display gives position of top

roller.

2. Drop End- More clearance between top roller & bottom roller, higher degree of

inclination of top roller make easy material removal.

3. Cone Guide- Hardened cone guide is provided with bearing.

4. Section Bending- Both top & bottom shafts are extended to mount die which enables

different sections like beams, channels, angles, pipes, flats, round/sq bar

bending.

5.Greater tilting angle-Greater tilting angle for taper shell rolling with major dimensional

difference between small & large die.
