1. What is the frequency of the vibration?

The spectra correspond dated November 7, 2014, the terms of the turbogenerator # 1 are:

Potencia Mw: 25.8 MWP. Reactiva Mvar: -3.8C. Excitación: 463.5A V. Generación: 13.9F. Potencia: 0.98CHora: 08:10 a.m.T°C aceite: 38.73

2. Registro de Coast down curve (parada o arranque de la maquina 1X)

first criticism pedestal side regulation in horizontal direction. The values are too low to confirm the dynamic balancing.

During the putting into service dated 07.21.2014, after the scheduled major maintenance curve was performed during commissioning up reach 3,600 rpm, giving the following results should be noted that this measure was under contracted services.

in tracking is that there is no significant criticism on the pedestal side coupling axial direction of the generator.

Upon reaching 3346 is increased to 18mm / s, this was with the machine hot after having the load is removed.

3. Are you able to measure the vibration phase?

Given the characteristics of VIBROTEST 60, we can not measure phase between the direction points.

I will go to measure pahse, im not sure if they know

4. What was done to the machine in April 2012 as it would appear the vibrations became a problem after this date?

As can be seen the Excel file Annex-1, is monitoring the vibrations from 2009 to 2012.

After the greater involvement of Unit-1 for year 2010 of 26/03/10 to 22/05/10, there was a slight increase in the extent GLA days after entering service the unit, reaching magnitudes of 8.161 mm / s and normalize all the rest of 2010, continuing for 2011 magnitudes to 9,808 mm / s at the same point "GLA".

During 2012 one Matto Scheduled Unit-1 of 27/04/12 to 21/05/12, which consisted of as detailed below were performed:

Matto to V / vs-man, 1EX1,2EX1,3EX1,4Ex1,5Ex1, ext cleaning, and painting lubric

Matto to Withholding steam extractions 1EX2,2EX2,3EX2,4EX2

Cleaning the Carter Review v / v check, ejector and filters (contract)

Bowser Cleaning, filters and change if (contract) is necessary

Mtto joints system v / v intake

Removing regulation cap thrust bearing work - Elka

Checking and adjusting the load limiter

Checking and adjusting the AC drive

Cleaning oil seals bearing the 1,2,3,4 Turbogroup

Cleaning the vapor seal high-side / low pressure

Check in position "K" Turbine Rotor

Review alignment of the two Rotors Turbogroup

V / v making, inspection, test selleja cap, seat, shift rod

Modulator review v / v-making

Open manholes (east-west) Turbine-1 p / inspection of blades

Inspection boroscopic row of blades 27/28

Inspection lead seal

Perform Flushing Turbine Oil

Cleaning oil coolers and B (upper cover removal)

Check insulation bearing # 2 Generator

Steam cleaning filter seal high-side / low pressure

Install thermowell in main steam line installation / TSHH-160

Re-pack v / vs-manual stuffing box leakage

Check and adjust performance value antic.p / loss of vacuum

Check and adjust performance value antic.p / pressure loss

Check and adjust the value of action Trigger low oil pressure

Check and adjust the value of Trigger action on speed

We found significant damage reported by the mechanical workshop were:

Problem encountered in the turbine shaft regulation No. 1 side.

Date 03-05-12

Mantenimiento Predictivo -GEOSA 12/18

Page 13: Information.docx

The turbine shaft # 1 was found to scratches deep enough to contact the entire surface of the bearing, these stripes are those caused damage in the support bearing regulating side (bearing turbine # 1 # 1).

Regulating side turbine shaft

Generator bearing No. 4 unit # 1.

In the contact area presents drag bearing babbitt

Conclusions:

The behaviors of vibration measurements on points bearings 3 and 4 of the electric generator have been several variations from April 2012.

Prior to this date vibration values were in good and more acceptable parameters without further but this event is noted that the magnitudes of vibration have been increasing, reaching barely acceptable values.

5.

When the machine boots stop after a certain time the following behavior is observed, as can be appreciated the excel file Annex-2 (Latest vibrations of the past continuous months April to November 2014)

Bearing 3 and 4 are reaching the high vibrations according to the speed at which the turbine reaches are launching some time that both bearings have the same value as in vibration but JUST
