TRICON preserve the capacity to perform under any kind of contracts mentioned below:-

ITEM RATE CONTRACT :- For this contract, TRICON quote rates for individual items of work on the basis of schedule of quantities furnished by the client’s department.

CONTRACTING

LUMP SUM CONTRACT :- In this contract, TRICON quotes a fixed sum (Lump Sum amount)for execution of a work complete in all respects i.e. according to the drawing, design and specification supplied during Tender.

PERCENTAGE RATE CONTRACT :-In this form of contract, owner’s department draws up the schedule of items according to the description of items sanctioned in the estimate with quantities, rates, units and amounts shown there in and TRICON quotes in percentage basis for each items.

COST PLUS PERCENTAGE RATE CONTRACT :- This works on a “COST PLUS” basis, the contractor is paid the actual cost of the work, plus an agreed percentage in addition, to allow for profit.

TARGET CONTRACT :- This is the type of contract where the contractor is paid on a cost-plus percentage work performed under this contract. In addition, he receives a percentage plus or minus on saving or excess effected against a prior agreed estimate to total cost or a target value arrived at by measuring the work on completion and valuing at prior agreed rates


At our 6000m2 formwork fabrication / storage facility, we are able to prepare formwork panels in a safe, secure and controlled environment away from the often tight constraints of a working site.

Our in-house Works Manager/Designer is based at the yard to ensure formwork panels are constructed to the correct standards and dimensions so that when delivered to site the equipment can be put to work immediately with only minimal site fabrication work being required. In order to co-ordinate formwork equipment deliveries etc. we employ a full time yard manager who ensures that all equipment, after return, is cleaned and serviced ready for the next project.

Due to this in-house capability and the fact we own so much of our own equipment we are able to rapidly respond to changing situations on projects, thus minimizing the potential for unnecessary delays waiting for external hire companies to react.

We are also capable of producing precast concrete elements at our yard and have done so on a number of occasions for clients where the need has arisen.

ON SITE, CUTTING OF PLY IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED. .
