Special capabilities include automated latticemanufacturing, panel pressing and bending of mastsectors in 12m lengths. All long seam welds areperformed with automated submerged arc processes. AnISO 9001 certified quality system is in place.
Design facilities include finite element software suit, asophisticated 3D CAD with solid modeling capability anda variety of other supporting software suites. In additionour engineers have extensive experience in structuraldesign.

Our factory has been manufacturingfor over forty years and are leaders in this field.
Tanks are fabricated for domestic and industrial waterstorage, and some of the major users include mines,power stations, municipalities, water boards, districtcouncils, hospitals and schools. All plates are of cold-formed mild steel with a domed center to providerigidity, and designed in accordance with strict SABSstandards. All tank plates and stand components aresupplied with hot dipped galvanising coating.
Elevated tanks on steel stands of any reasonable heightcan be supplied and erected. Should the need arise, tankscan be dismantled and re-erected. Structural steel standscan also be provided for gravity water supply.
