• If you are logged in, one of the following reasons may prevent you from adding products:
• You may not have the privilege of adding items to a basket. Ask your company’s account administrator to assign that privilege to you.
• You are trying to add the item to a public cart. • Refer to the question, What is the difference between a public, private, and
shared cart? in the Shopping section of this document. • You may not have proper certification to purchase the product you are trying
to add.
• Why can’t I see any product pricing? 1. First, make sure that you are logged in. If you aren’t logged in, you might
only see retail pricing or no pricing of any kind. 2. Once you log in, the pricing you are approved to see should appear.
• What if I try to import items to my cart or quote from a spreadsheet but the import is unsuccessful?
An error message will show and cite the reason(s) the import failed.
• The import will fail if the spreadsheet is in the wrong file type, is larger than 2 MB, or contains more than 100 line items.
• Invalid entries, invalid quantities, unavailable SKU/VPNs, and disallowed items will also prevent the spreadsheet from importing successfully.
• If one or more VPNs matched multiple products, you will be prompted to select a SKU number for each multiple-match entry.
Once you have corrected all errors, resubmit the entire spreadsheet.
